..... psssst don't tell anyone, otherwise everyone goes there and today there are already many of them. The best bakery in Bolzano. Schuttebrot, walnut bread, focaccias, chestnut desserts and delicious Christmas biscuits. Fantastic

In giro per il centro storico di Bolzano siamo stati attirati dai prodotti esposti in vetrina. Abbiamo preso un pane con le olive, un pane con le noci ed una focaccia pesto e mozzarella e ci abbiamo fatto pranzo. Tutto buonissimo, peccato non avere provato gli strudel che avevano un aspetto molto invitante. Sarà per la prossima

17/03/2025: A wonderful hotel with incredibly lovely people. You can tell they enjoy the things they do. It's rare to find so much warmth!
05/03/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our ski vacation! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You immediately feel welcome. The food was excellent! Breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired. The bar was lovely with delicious drinks. The service was always quick and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel! Everything is just perfect here, and we look forward to returning!

05/01/2025: Nel 1998 trovandomi in vacanza in Val Senales ho provato per la prima volta lo strudel a dir poco eccellente. Ero in zona qualche giorno fa e ricordandomi della pasticceria sono ritornato per acquistarlo sperando che nulla fosse cambiato nella bontà. Ed in effetti lo strudel era rimasto lo stesso, eccezionale.
