I love the overall feel of this place. It has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The decor is simple but warm, and it gives off a very local, down-to-earth vibe. The food reflects that too—everything is handmade with care. To my knowledge, it’s one of the only bakery in the area that still bakes fresh in the historic part of the city, and you can absolutely taste the difference.

Passing through the area, I was attracted by the smell of bread that could be smelled from over 20 meters away. Extremely stocked shop with fresh savory and sweet products, spoiled for choice. I tried several things, all lived up to expectations. The lady who served us was very kind. Prices are certainly not cheap, but in line with the area and quality

Truly everything was perfect, small place but full of food, difference between the products. Personally I tried the focaccia with cherry tomatoes and it was perfect.

Pretzel roll was super crunchy and soft. Still firm enough, and the individual bites didn't even get stuck in my throat, as is the case with some pretzels.
