This is how I can present this little place in the center of Sassari, the kindness, friendliness and smile of the owner Rita, become a perfect combination with her wonderful and delicious dishes.
They range from Pane Frattau, to a reinterpretation of the Gallura soup (special!) and then the desserts, the tarts, the panna cotta and the flan (also called sa tumbada or timballa), a dive into the past of my grandmother's cuisine.
So come and visit Rita, you won't regret it.

A beautiful venue in the center of the city, in an ancient building with retro furnishings that create a warm atmosphere. Excellent idea in proposing a typical, simple and genuine product. Excellent cuisine supported by splendid service. The owner is very friendly and kind and you will feel at home. 5 stars more than deserved. Highly recommended.

We went tonight for the first time, without having booked but luckily the landlady found us a place even though it would soon fill up. We took a pane frattau with courgettes and mustia ricotta, and a pane frattau with purpuzza. Fresa bread comes from Esporlatu, my father's native town, and I already knew the product as we sell it ourselves in the family business. So that already made my eyes light up.
The owner was very sincere in telling us that the portions were very generous not to order anything else until we had completed the dish, and she was right to say it because it was really abundant. All genuine and homemade products or from small companies. At the end he brought us desserts, kindly offered by the house, three!! All excellent and all made by her. What can I say, it was a real surprise and I'm really happy to have met her, see you soon

My boyfriend and I entered with the curiosity of trying the pane frattau and we were pleasantly surprised.
Excellent service from Rita, very friendly, nice and welcoming, she made us feel at home straight away.

Small restaurant in the center of Sassari with a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. We tasted the pane frattau in the classic version and with purpuzza, really tasty and plentiful! The desserts are excellent and the owner is really kind and welcoming! I recommend it!
