Da Rita is home.
This is how I can present this little place in the center of Sassari, the kindness, friendliness and smile of the owner Rita become a perfect combination with her wonderful and delicious dishes.
They range from Pane Frattau, to a revisitation of the Gallura soup (special!) and then the desserts, the tarts, the panna cotta and the flan (also called sa tumbada or timballa), a dive into the past of my grandmother's cooking.
So come and visit Rita, you won't regret it.

The location is a small, simple but elegant and welcoming "wedding favor", with attention to the smallest details, the food very good, I had the opportunity to taste the frattau bread with various toppings, each better than the other, among the desserts the milk flan is a real delicacy.
On Shrove Thursday we enjoyed the traditional favata, very good
All accompanied by the kindness and friendliness of the "landlady" Rita, always present and attentive to the smallest details
