Palù della Fava In Pinzolo

Nonostante venga a Campiglio da moltssimi anni non conoscevo questo posto. Grazie ad un amico che mi ci ha portato sono stato al Palù ed ho scoperto un ambiente suggestivo incastonato nella natura sopra Campo Carlo Magno. Arredi in stile rifugio moderno di montagna ed accoglienza calorosa fanno presagire ottimi piatti. La cucina è buona anche se rispetto ai miei gusti forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso, in prticolare per l'uovo come antipasto che lo credevo intero anzichè in forma liquida mescolato al resto del condimento. Il cervo buono ed il vino d'accompagnamento piacevole. Sono convinto che vi siano altri gustosi piatti da provare e per questo motivo vorrò tornarci. Il prezzo è nella media, direi congruo per la location e la qualità dell'offerta (€ 45-50 a testa contate di investirle).

Sono stato in questo locale durante il soggiorno a Madonna di Campiglio, le aspettative sono state ampiamente superate, tutto ottimo dagli antipasti ai primi, ai secondi e per finire i dolci il tutto accompagnato con un buon rosso Trentino, visto che ero curioso di assaggiare quello che non avevo ordinato la prima sera ci sono tornato il giorno seguente ed è stato tutto ottimo, compreso il servizio molto educato e attento Stra consigliato

Modern venue, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We ate with friends very well and I recommend it. The boss was very welcoming (Kia the big dog)

Amazing food, from the appetizers to the main courses. Delicious! Best risotto I have in Italy by far. Also theyr home made ice cream was outstanding. All of their recommendations we on point. Grazie !

Nice and clean place, with parking and located near a walk in the woods. The food is truly excellent: local ingredients are used and the pasta is homemade. The herb ravioli was fresh and well-balanced, while the venison was tasty and very tender. The staff is extremely helpful.

Dishes prepared with care, research and love. The egg cooked at low temperature with parmesan cream and blueberry gel is excellent, the first courses (risotto and casoncelli) are excellent; a strudel worth the trip. Honest account. Congratulations, keep it up!

Unique hospitality, amazing organic food, careful about waste. They welcomed us with our two dachshunds who appreciated all the precautions I'll just say that we were there twice in a week's holiday. Special place absolutely not to be missed if you pass through Madonna di Campiglio. Well done, keep it up. We will come back for sure.

One of the best restaurants in Madonna di Campiglio

If you're staying in town of MDC, this place is worth the short drive. Had a fantastic meal with my wife and a few friends that came in to visit during our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our request to start with the shared steak dish, which was incredible (and a good decision as we probably would have been too full after the primi pastas) We also ordered the egg appetizer, and each person a pasta dish. I had the ravioli which just absolutely blew me away. One of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.
