15/03/2025: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Braceria O'Priore 1955 in the Sarno area, and I must say that it was an experience that perfectly combined culinary tradition with a unique atmosphere. The meat served was truly impeccable, of superior quality, with expertly prepared cuts that enhance the authentic and genuine flavor of each dish. What struck me most, however, was the welcome and the environment in which the grill is located. The restaurant, with its rustic and elegant style, manages to convey a feeling of family warmth. The real strong point is certainly the path, which offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, giving a touch of elegance that does not go unnoticed. Particular praise goes to the patron of the house, Gianluca Ferri, for his visible dedication and passion for his work, but also to the room managers, Giuseppe, and to all the staff, who were able to offer an attentive and professional service. Their simplicity and commitment were the added value that made the evening even more pleasant. An experience that deserves a rating of 8 out of 10, certainly a place where quality, warmth and professionalism come together harmoniously.
