Excellent structure, kind and helpful staff, nice experience

I was there last night with my wife. The pizza was delicious. But whoever manages the dining room and the tables needs to learn how to do their job... Because unfortunately, they don't know how to do it... I arrive and ask if there's availability for two... I see there are several free tables... He says no, because we have several reservations for groups of people who are LATE! And he tells me there's a 30 minute wait... Okay! I accept and write down my name (in a book that looks like the Gospel 😅 A giant on a lectern for a tiny inside dining room with few seats outside... In short, there are almost more people working between waiters, pizza chefs, and kitchen staff than there are seats... See for yourself). Then more tables become available outside, in addition to the free ones inside... And the waiter, a nice guy but above all intelligent, understands the absurdity of the situation: so many free tables for people who have booked but are several, many minutes late, and for a place that is the size of a bedroom... And he asks the I don't know what to call her because I don't think she's a waiter... Because if she gets stuck for four places, it's a serious matter... Anyway, after a while, she finally gives us a FREEZING seat outside because the outermost one has no heat source... (With several free tables inside and outside for people who have booked in a pizzeria that is very small and are late, late, late!!!!!!!) MY WIFE WAS SHAKING! In fact, she ate in her coat... Amid all this, I then see several couples coming in after us, who I don't know if they had booked but I'm unsure and I preferred to remain unsure so as not to poison myself even more... In the end, the waiter asks me, "How did it go?" So, are you trying to make fun of me?! The only redeeming features are the pizza chef and the kind waiters, but she needs to learn the trade because she doesn't know how to do it and even made me pay for the cover charge! And what else? Take away the lampshade, I told you, because the room and the kitchen are all that's missing is the cummò and the culunnet... Anyway, the pizza gets a 10 out of 10! The waiters were very kind, especially the guy who gave me a table even though it was in the refrigerator 🥶😅... But overall, the service was 0, as was the cold I felt, with so many free tables inside and outside for people who book and come when it's convenient.

The pizza is definitely good, the service is fast, the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is well-kept, perfect for an evening with friends. However, the bill left me a bit perplexed. Paying over €90 for four pizzas, three frittatas, three beers (one small), and a bottle of water seemed excessive. It's a shame, because the quality is there, but the price risks overshadowing everything else... I don't think we'll be back.

Go for it, the pizzas are homemade with originality, bravo!
