Very strategic and functional location. We stayed for two nights with generous sweet and savory breakfasts, and the hostess was very kind. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Bolzano and then travel to other cities.

The establishment and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are perfectly adequate for a short stay. The soundproofing is particularly effective given the surroundings: in addition to the access road to the hotel, there is a parallel highway, a tumultuous river, and a highway. In the absence of the owners, the room keys are in coded key boxes. Breakfasts must be reserved, and are carefully prepared and served in two very small rooms. Otherwise, a restaurant is part of the same place, independently managed, and offers meals, or, as was our case, a very pleasant coffee and croissant. We did not see air conditioning in our room, but the September temperatures did not make it necessary. There are parking spaces reserved for hotel users along the small access road to this commercial area.

Great location, easy to find. Interesting, well-prepared dishes. We only had dinner, but if the attention to detail is as high as the restaurant, we'll definitely try the hotel as well.

The price-performance ratio was still okay. €100 for two people for one night in September, without breakfast. The bathroom was very dated but well-maintained. The room was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were simple. The location was right next to a traffic junction with a lot of traffic noise. However, we were able to sleep with the window open at night because the traffic had eased.

Our experience concerns the restaurant/pizzeria where we had lunch during a hike to the Val d'Ega. We enjoyed a plate of spaghetti with clams (a generous amount) and a plate of cuttlefish and grilled vegetables. Everything was delicious, and the service was fast and perfect. Well done everyone!
