I go every day, I like it because the environment is familiar and then it's a place where you can express yourself in the historic Viterbo dialect helped by the expert Remigio, every day on his blackboard a maxim in strict Viterbo... which he then translates for you in Italian 👏. 27/10/2024: Very tasty Spartan cuisine well healed Kind, friendly and quick. Nice welcoming location
20/10/2024: Even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was full, we were seated in a polite manner. The menu of the day was interesting, balanced and seasonal. The prices were also more than in line. Bathroom microscopic but clean and well-kept. If I end up in the area bysso for sure.
