The restaurant offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The owners, Vladimiro and his wife, are truly hospitable. The food is fantastic, with a specialty in meat, and all dishes are carefully prepared and served with style. The beef tartare, with Vladimiro's special touch, is a must-try.

I haven’t posted a review since a long time. But I think this place deserves one! In a slightly boring part of Italy, this restaurant offers some of the best beef/steak experience I’ve recently had. The carpaccio was amazingly tender and flavourful, without any complicated toppings. And the Ribeye was just perfectly cooked and refreshingly light on seasoning. The beef gave all its flavour. On top of that they offer some of the best wines of Italy at still an attainable price.

We visited Osteria31 with a group of colleagues and had a truly excellent experience. Mr. Vladi welcomed us and looked after us with great professionalism and attention, making us feel at home and offering excellent advice. We had the opportunity to sample a selection of truly spectacular, top-quality dishes, all accompanied by a fabulous red wine. A restaurant that combines high-end cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and sincere hospitality: we will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and valuable gastronomic experience.
