12/04/2026: I sit down at the table and the wine is already in front of me. I already understand a lot about the place: an excellent, crisp, still white wine—a Venetian Chardonnay to be precise. My mood is on the upside. They didn't serve me my usual Prosecco, but no offense to Prosecco. I won't say anything else... but a word to the wise is enough. We move on to the appetizer, fish, of course. The perfect selection, all fresh and well-balanced. Special mention goes to the delicious and sweet cicadas, and the delicate and flavorful cream of snapper. There's no heavy presence of salt, garlic, or other spices, as often happens, to mask the flavor of the fish. No tricks are needed, it's truly delicious. Here comes the risotto, and here it is... So much, the brushstroke of an artist that makes the difference, the flavor is all there, there's no shyness or hesitation in the hands of whoever prepared it, in this risotto there's personality, which makes the difference between a good dish and a divine one... But there you have it, we're in the north, the home of risotto... Oh no surprise, they amaze me with a plate of tagliolini that in an instant brings to mind images of places I love, from Sorrento, I quickly scroll to Agropoli, then arrive at Marina di Camerota and further down... Oh yes, these tagliolini have the Mediterranean inside them... Then it goes beyond that, everything is good and fresh. Let's move on to the service here, the assessment is personal, as we know, I really appreciated the informal but polite and discreet staff, a much appreciated thing is that they explain to you what they bring to the table, the interaction is friendly, they're happy to tell you about the dishes and happy that you appreciate them, it's clear they love them too. The price... I don't know, I was a guest... I can only tell you that I left this place happy and satisfied. I highly recommend it as a location too.
