What can I say... Every time it's an emotion!!! Sensational food... 50 euros better spent.... Super hot/cold appetizer of the highest quality and varied... 4 types of Super meat that melted in your mouth and mouth-watering side dishes... Baked potatoes like this never in life and fabulous sautéed broccoli. Already you are the best there is nothing else to say!!

Problem with the reservation which mortified the owner, but there really wasn't any need, because we had a good time, we ate very well and they were really nice. They handled a difficult situation in the best possible way, therefore also very professional. The food? But what are we talking about? They have ham and cheeses to be envied. The amatriciana was a painting by Giotto, the porchetta was a divine thing. You don't even pay much, everything is perfect

Every time we are in the area our goal is to go to Panzini. It's always a memorable experience the staff are always professional and familiar and very kind, they always offer a bruschetta with tomato which is sublime and then move on to the exceptional panzini appetizer and the divine first courses, we have never got around to the second courses because the dishes, in addition to being delicious, are also abundant . Prestigious restaurant in the capital appreciated both by tourists and locals for its excellent, refined and at the same time simple and genuine cuisine. The environment is pleasant, typical of a Roman tavern but always clean and tidy. The service is impeccable even if sometimes you have to wait longer than necessary due to the numerous customers who crowd the rooms. Gianpiero, the owner, is an affable and helpful person who is always able to give the best of himself, in the kitchen and in the dining room. I've only been three times: the first time it went badly and I promised myself I wouldn't go back again but over time things improved and on the advice of friends I went back and I was totally satisfied with the service but above all with the quality and delicacies of the courses. An appointment that must not be missed 👍😉

Un solo consiglio per iniziare...ANDATECI! Cibo sublime, gentilezza del.personale, atmosfera accogliente. Ho fatto 1 ora di auto per andare ma credetemi ne è valsa la pena. Antipasto ricco , tonnarelli cacio e pepe cremosi ,la carbonara ancora nel cuore. Prezzo concorrenziale. Continuate così e a prestissimo.
