Spectacular location, spectacular food, fast and impeccable service.
In this place I saw not only skill, but also a love for what they do and for the food, works of art placed at every table.
The appetizer was truly good and high-quality, and the mutton dish was delicious.
The price was right.
Should I have the opportunity to pass through Frosinone again, this will be my regular stop.
I wish Mr. Panzini all the best in his future endeavors. :)

Osteria Panzini in Frosinone.
It was recommended to us by the owner of the B&B where we stopped on our way home and two weeks ago on our way to Calabria.
Don't be fooled by the name "osteria"—it's fantastic.
The food is excellent, with both traditional and non-traditional dishes, everything is delicious, plentiful, and the staff is kind and friendly.
FANTASTIC!!
Book a table because it's always full!
Why?
Maybe because what I wrote is true.

The closing time on Google Maps is 10:30 PM. Four of us showed up at 10 PM, and yet they welcomed us warmly and without rushing us. The varied appetizers recommended by the chef were more than adequate, enough for us to order just a first or second course. The very salty local prosciutto was noteworthy, the meatballs were very tender, and the first two pasta dishes were amazing: cacio e pepe, carbonara with thick, real bacon, and lamb chops were unfortunately burned in some places, but the meat was quality.
Two glasses of Casanese, soft drinks, two rounds of water, coffee, and traditional biscuits all kept the price down to around €35 per person. Finally, they took care to pack away all the leftovers for us to take away, including a free bag of biscuits. The interior is very beautiful, inspired by a farmhouse/grandmother's house, complete with a stove and hanging laundry. Highly recommended!

Ristorante a Frosinone ma che sembra una fraschetta romana. Entrati pure se era tutto pieno ci hanno fatto accomodare,gratis,ci hanno dato 2 bruschette con i pomodori,ordinato è arrivato l'antipasto che era di altissima qualità, arrivato molto velocemente,e poi ho preso una carbonara: LA FINE DEL MONDO buonissima credo la migliore che abbia mai assaggiato.

In questa osteria in Ciociaria, si respira aria di casa della nonna, nel suo interno ci si perde ammirando l'arredamento pittoresco e tipico di una fraschetta paesana.
Interessanti i quadri antichi, i salumi, le chitarre e i mutandoni appesi sparsi qua e là nel locale!
Il servizio è cordiale e veloce, sicuramente merito della signora Simona che con la sua simpatia fa sentire a casa i clienti, a differenza di Giampiero che è stato serio e poco accogliente! Abbastanza fuoriluogo per il locale che ha!
Le pietanze sono tipiche della cucina ciociara e le porzioni abbondanti e ben impiattate.
Abbiamo mangiato come antipasto il prosciutto nero di maiale con bufala e una fiorentina di 1kg per 2 persone accompagnata da cicorietta saltata e patate al forno.
Apprezzata la bruschetta con pomodorini come entrée di benvenuto!
