Dinner in Frosinone that couldn't have been better. Suggestive place, free-range but at the same time classy. Friendly manager, attentive service, amazing food: try the black pork ham with buffalo mozzarella. The carbonara is a must: the best I've ever eaten, with toasted bacon and the right amount of egg and cheese. Very digestible, says those who often struggle with that dish. Truly highly recommended

In questa osteria in Ciociaria, si respira aria di casa della nonna, nel suo interno ci si perde ammirando l'arredamento pittoresco e tipico di una fraschetta paesana.
Interessanti i quadri antichi, i salumi, le chitarre e i mutandoni appesi sparsi qua e là nel locale!
Il servizio è cordiale e veloce, sicuramente merito della signora Simona che con la sua simpatia fa sentire a casa i clienti, a differenza di Giampiero che è stato serio e poco accogliente! Abbastanza fuoriluogo per il locale che ha!
Le pietanze sono tipiche della cucina ciociara e le porzioni abbondanti e ben impiattate.
Abbiamo mangiato come antipasto il prosciutto nero di maiale con bufala e una fiorentina di 1kg per 2 persone accompagnata da cicorietta saltata e patate al forno.
Apprezzata la bruschetta con pomodorini come entrée di benvenuto!

In this tavern in Ciociaria, you can breathe the air of your grandmother's house, you can get lost in its interior admiring the picturesque and typical furnishings of a small village village.
The old paintings, cured meats, guitars and long johns hanging scattered here and there in the room are interesting!
The service is friendly and fast, certainly thanks to Mrs. Simona who with her kindness makes customers feel at home, unlike Giampiero who was serious and not very welcoming! Quite out of place for the venue it has!
The dishes are typical of Ciociaria cuisine and the portions are generous and well plated.
As an appetizer we ate black pork ham with buffalo mozzarella and a 1kg Florentine steak for 2 people accompanied by sautéed chicory and baked potatoes.
The bruschetta with cherry tomatoes was appreciated as a welcome entrée!

Typical Ciociaria tavern where you can spend a carefree evening, full of conviviality, fun and good food. The first courses are excellent, but the meat cooked on the grill is even more so. Prices are not low, but compensated by the particularly generous portions. We recommend not going beyond 2 courses each, or halving the portions, also because this way you will be able to taste more dishes. Which is totally worth it. Also because the quality is very high and the raw materials are highly sought after. Much more than many gourmet restaurants, where the focus is more on the presentation than on the quality of what they put on your plate. At Panzini the philosophy is different: quality, in quantity!

Great evening!
Even though I booked a little late, the owners managed to find me a table.
To start we were offered two bruschettas.
We then ordered a rustic appetizer, perfect for 2 people: rich in cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, tripe and beans.
Followed by two dishes of fine fish with tomato sauce (one of my favorite dishes).
Finally, two coffees with which we were offered wine donuts.
If you pass by, don't hesitate to stop.
Fast and really friendly service.

L'osteria ciociaria più buona ed accogliente, tra antipasti, primi e secondi non riesci mai ad arrivare fino al dolce..molto buono..ogni tanto ci torno perché so che mangio sempre bene
