A magnificent experience. Very kind and friendly staff 😊 They were super kind, even to my 7-month-old baby. We had canederli, cured meats, and spinach gnocchi that were out of this world. The house wine was excellent!! 😀 The owner is incredibly kind and professional. I'd like to emphasize the impeccable cleanliness; compliments to the staff. Quality for the price was undeniable. We had a great time, as well as eating well. Greetings from Parma, Dovico family.

If you pass through Cles in Val di Non you absolutely must stop at the Osteria Palazzan, you eat very well, the owners are very kind, I also stayed at the Hotel Cles, we had a really good time, the hotel is nice and clean

Exceptional cuisine. We had the risotto, the strangolapreti, and the goulash. What can I say? Everything was excellent. The staff was kind and welcoming. An experience to repeat.

22/10/2025: The exterior is a bit bland and dated, with little signage leading to the entrance. Inside, however, it's very charming, with large, comfortable tables. The service is friendly but inattentive. The authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented dishes raise the rating to the highest level. The tagliatelle with meat sauce are exceptional. Private parking is available right next to the restaurant.

18/01/2026: After a nice walk up there, you can eat very well in this informal restaurant. They are very friendly and very fast. At the moment, they are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
17/01/2026: Excellent food, interesting options, and very friendly and helpful staff, all at very reasonable prices. Recommended!
