We were in the most characteristic room, with Roman memorabilia and objects all around (only the heating needed to be improved, it was a bit chilly).
The guys in the room were all friendly and super kind, at every stage of our stay.
We ate a splendid Roman artichoke, truly excellent, and some surprising chicory.
The tonnarello with tomato sauce was excellent, and the cacio e pepe was also appreciated.
The tiramisu is also good, different expectations for the ricotta cake.
In summary: excellent experience, we will definitely return

there were 5 of us, on the day of the epiphany we waited for more than an hour even having booked early in the morning, in any case excellent food, everything was delicious we ordered gricia cacio e pepe amatriciana and tonnarielli and gnocchi, everything approved, cacio e pepe was the best! I went to Osteria Nonna Maria with my friends and I must say that it was a magnificent experience! Everything was of excellent quality. The waiter, I think his name was Francesco, was very kind. I highly recommend it, especially for carbonara.

Si, sembra strano andare a Salerno e mangiare in un ristorante romano.
Ma da buon romano garantisco che ne vale la pena. Qualunque piatto abbiamo assaggiato era ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi alla carne, contorni compresi. Servizio gentile e professionale. Locale carino e accogliente. Toilette pulite. E poi la sorpresa finale, un conto assolutamente onesto!
