An incredible dining experience. The food at Osteria Nonna Maria is simply spectacular: the cacio e pepe and carbonara pasta are some of the best I've ever had, with authentic flavors and perfect textures. The atmosphere is cozy, with decor that reflects the warmth of Italian tradition. The staff is also very friendly and attentive, especially one of their most dedicated employees, Karlo Ávila, who was the best of all, ensuring every detail of the meal was perfect. Definitely a must-visit for those seeking authentic Roman cuisine in Salerno. I will definitely be back!

I was passing through the historic center of Salerno and I found myself by chance with this tavern, it seemed like a nice and welcoming place, I was actually not disappointed, everything was quality from start to finish. To start I tried the supplì cacio e pepe, mozzarella de buffalo (very good and fresh)
As a first course we ate a beautiful carbonara and amatriciana, truly TOP, all recommended by the head waiter Carlo, thank you very much, you really made me enjoy a nice lunch out of the blue. I will definitely be back ❤️

We went today at lunchtime, we ate like God, we came on purpose to eat the first courses, all cooked Roman style but not least the Giudia style artichokes, never eaten so good and many other things. The environment is very welcoming and the staff very friendly and professional, for my part I recommend it to everyone ❤️❤️💯💯💯

Abbiamo mangiato molto bene x pranzo, tutte pietanze diverse : baccalà fritto e non, carbonara, amatriciana, carciofi, puntarelle, frittelle di fiori di zucca, supplì cacio e pepe, tutto molto buono, atmosfera piacevole, personale gentile, prezzo abbastanza equilibrato. Lo consiglio, necessaria la prenotazione quasi sempre. Torneremo.

Il proprietario Silvio ti fa sentire come a casa. In un atmosfera rilassata e rustica si possono assaggiare piatti della cucina tipica romana. Camerieri gentilissimi e veloci. Consigliatissimo.
