We tried amatriciana and carbonara as first courses. They were delicious, as were the artichokes and cod. The waiter, David, was very kind, as were all the staff.

We had a wonderful time at Nonna Maria. The food was delicious, the pasta amatrici was unforgettable, and the best part was the service. David was incredibly patient in explaining and translating everything for us, and the service was quick and attentive. I definitely recommend it.

We both were visiting Salerno after spending time in the Amalfi coast over the past week. After all of the walking up and down the Amalfi Coast steps we settled into Salerno for a few days to simply relax and eat. We found this restaurant by chance and ate the amazing Oxtail Ragu. But the star of the show was our waiter Carlo who's service was phenomenal. We will definitely return if we ever find ourselves in Salerno again.

Gnocchi was Molto bene! Best place I’ve eaten in Salerno. Carlo was sooooo kind and merciful to us despite our lack of Italian speaking skill. I felt like I was at home here and I really liked the Tripe as well. Thank you Carlo you are the best!!!! Prossima Fermata.

28/01/2026: We had a wonderful experience here. I was celebrating my birthday, which made the visit even more special. The pasta was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. We also enjoyed the amazing tiramisu and lemon gelato. Our waitress, Serafina, truly made my day. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and down to earth. She congratulated me on my birthday and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. Her hospitality and excellent service really stood out. Thank you, Serafina for making my birthday celebration so memorable!
27/01/2026: Everything was exceptional, from the welcome to the quality of the food. So much so that we had lunch and then dinner. Quality at a good price. Service exceeded our expectations. Thank you all.
