The osteria is located in a square at the entrance to the historic center of Trevignano Romano. Parking is a real downside, as it's practically impossible to find a spot nearby, especially on weekends. You can eat outside; the tables and chairs aren't the most comfortable, but nothing unbearable, and being an osteria, that's fine. But the real surprise is the menu, featuring traditional local dishes, especially porcini mushrooms and wild boar. Both the first and second courses are AMAZING. Special praise also goes to the very friendly and cheerful staff, as well as the very approachable owner. Reservations are required on weekends, especially Sundays. Excellent value for money. Well done.

Excellent!!! A charming place in the main square. We were greeted with a smile and had a wonderful meal: the first courses (cannelloni and carbonara with truffle) were excellent, as were the second courses (fried perch fillets and tagliata, a type of butter). The price was reasonable!! We'll definitely be back!!!

The best fungi porcini and tartufo gnocchi! We keep returning and regard this place as our homy restaurant. If I ever had an Italian "nona" this is just what she might have cooked for us. The owners are very friendly. Recommended.

An exquisite lunch, we loved the carbonara and the cod 💕 apart from the food... They served us with great kindness and warmth, smiling and very pleasant. This made it a perfect lunch! Thank you!!

24/02/2025: Cené por primera vez en Il Colibrì hace unos 8 años. Ahora, cada vez que vuelvo a Roma, debo volver a Il Colibrì tantas veces como sea posible. El restaurante de gestión familiar ofrece platos tradicionales romanos (y más) preparados con ingredientes de alta calidad a precios razonables. Y, el servicio es siempre amable y eficiente. Para mí, esta combinación ganadora no se puede perder!

24/07/2025: Classic suburban osteria, excellent food, and exquisite staff. Fantastic carbonara. Highly recommended.
19/07/2025: A great place to eat. It's hard to tell from the outside, but inside it's well-organized and clean. There are no menus, but the waiter tells you the details. There are no surprises on the bill at the end. The prices are fair, actually competitive. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos because I was busy eating.
