Went here with my wife and baby. We loved it! The man helping us was very welcoming and fun. The food was very good. Best carpaccio we have ever had and our pasta was great!

Sunday lunch for four. All really good, we had 3 first courses, two second courses, two side dishes and a dessert. The tonnarello with lake ragù is delicious, as is the one with anchovies and wild fennel, the carbonara is also good. The cod in sauce with onions and black olives reminded me of my grandfather's cooking, a cuddle for the soul. All really good.

Truly delicious food. Courtesy and kindness. We will definitely be back.

Abbiamo ordinato vari piatti, principalmente primi. Tutto buono anche se niente di memorabile. Un po’ delusi dagli antipasti: antipasto misto di salumi e formaggi, a detta della cameriera “ci si mangia bene in 2” e ci portano 8 fette del salume contate, 4 quadratini di formaggio. Inoltre il fuori menù ci propongono la focaccia barese, molto buona ma anche quella due quadratini 10x10 cm a 12€. 6 quadratini di focaccia a 36€… Diciamo buona esperienza e personale gentile e sorridente ma conto un po’ salato rispetto alla qualità offerta, sopratutto per antipasti e dolci. Molto meglio i primi, anche rapporto qualità-prezzo.

I honestly can't recommend this restaurant enough! Located right in the town's main plaza, it's very convenient and offers both in- and outdoor seating. The owner is a very friendly man, treating everyone as if they were his family. The service is top notch, staff is very attentive and responsive, with food arriving precisely when it needs to. And of course the food! We've dined here for two nights and tried a lot of different things and everything, including the free bread, was delicious. I strongly recommend the boar (cinghiale alla cacciatora) but practically any dish here is almost guaranteed to satisfy. Washed down with a glass of strong, homemade wine, of course! In short - if you're looking for genuinely authentic, traditional Italian cuisine, served with a smile in a cordial atmosphere, you can't go wrong trying the Osteria La Cantinella! (Sorry, no photos, as we have demolished half the plates before realising we should take some pictures!)

Very tasty lunch! Homemade tonnarelli with fish from the lake tasted very good with the white house wine. Waiter clearly enjoyed his work!

Cordiali , simpatici ed efficienti! Abbiamo mangiato bene spendendo poco, il vino della casa ( rosso) era buono e non ci ha fatto rimpiangere una bottiglia. Ci siamo concentrati sui primi, ed era tutto all'altezza!! torneremo
