Fabulous! My wife took me to Suvereto for my birthday. A very pleasant surprise: dinner at I Ciocio, this wonderful restaurant in the historic center of one of Italy's most beautiful villages. The warm atmosphere immediately puts you at ease, before moving on to the divine dishes with fantastic flavors and aromas, along with great wines recommended with wisdom and professionalism. Wonderful place. The manager, Andrea, is a fantastic person with top-notch expertise and preparation. We ordered a 1.5-kilo Florentine steak, cooked to perfection. Great selection of wines.

It's a good restaurant with cuisine that uses excellent ingredients. Worthy of note is the wine cellar, where you can find excellent local wines at more than fair prices. The atmosphere is spacious and welcoming. The outdoor terrace overlooks a historic building in the town. Highly recommended.

08/02/2026: Beautiful atmosphere, excellent food. Long wait times, if all the rooms are full like today, a Sunday in February. Great selection of wines, sparkling wines, grappas, and spirits. Not cheap, but highly recommended. Reservations required.
06/01/2026: On the first Sunday of 2026, I had lunch with some dear friends at this charming osteria, located in the Cremona countryside. Once inside, they took us upstairs. In the dining room, a large fireplace lit the room, warming it up and giving us the feeling of stepping back in time. Every dish we ordered was delicious: we deliberately ordered different dishes and tried a little bit of everything. We were very satisfied with both the food and the service.
