Pleasant, quiet atmosphere, you can hear the swallows. Nice to be there.
Ricotta and pecorino gnocchi on a cream of chickpeas and leeks, filleted scorzone. Good but the mix of the various flavors made the result a bit neutral on the palate.
Spaghetti with mussels, cuttlefish, saffron, sea urchin carbonara. Here too, the same thing as above. It's a shame that the flavors are so mixed that they are annihilated. You could taste the sea urchin a lot, no saffron, tasteless mussels. It's a shame.
Grilled vegetable timbale and buffalo mozzarella. Flavors that get lost in the mix. Good anyway.
Dishes that are certainly well-finished, refined but without that soul that makes you remember. Too bad. And sometimes Michelin gets more caught up in the particularity of the story of the dish and not in the flavor.

Very characteristic, good food, good service. Price in line with other restaurants on the Etruscan Coast, medium high. Recommended, I would go back.

Delicious land and sea dishes. Pairings sometimes seem risky but abandon yourself in the hands of the chef. Impeccable service, Andrea super for availability and attention to all the tables. We came twice, fish tasting super but the pork in 7 cuts is illegal. Good we will definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Federico

Inizio dalla location semplicemente fantastica in un angolo di pace nel borgo di Suvereto.
Proposta di piatti molto interessante e ricercata: in primis i carciofi della val cornia ma anche la pasta prodotta in maniera artigianale rendono l’offerta molto variegata. Ottima la carta dei vini con numerose cantine della zona presenti in lista. Rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto per il tipo di ristorante.

Meraviglioso ristorante sia come location sia come proposte toscane il tutto con cantina assolutamente adeguata. Personale cordiale piatti davvero ben eseguiti. Carciofo proposto in vari piatti direi unico. Lavorato davvero in modo divino
