🇨🇦 Excellent food, elevated menu offerings, wonderful atmosphere. Outstanding location.
Gets very busy after 8:30 p.m and service gets slow but they also don't appear willing to compromise on quality for speed, which is appreciated.
Menu is accessible online in Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish

Excellent restaurant in Suvereto. Yes it's expensive but I think it's worth it. The food was all very good, with a particular mention for the fish dishes, even though it feels more like a meat restaurant. Service a little slow but pleasant experience. Advised.

Suvereto é un piccolo borgo affascinante, L'Ciocio la sua perla nascosta.
Ambiente curato ma rilassante (questa vola abbiamo cenato nella cucina/negozio : bellissimo). Personale attento e molto gentile. I piatti che arrivano dalla cucina sono appetitosi e molto ben presentati. La materia prima ottimale. La cantina completa per tutte le scelte (per me sempre bollicine - ma anche la Toscana ne offre di entusiasmanti). Il rapporto qualità / prezzo adeguato per un ristorante di alto livello.

Given that we return every time we come to Tuscany and every time we are won over by it. The food combines tradition and innovation dosed just right, without ever overdoing it. The guys are ALL kind, hospitable and professional. And what about the location? A corner of paradise. Must try.

Llevamos a nuestro grupo de tour de vinos para la cena con vinos a juego.
Muy buena comida con excelentes aperitivos. Un problema menor fue que cuatro de nuestro grupo no comieron productos de cerdo, pero la cocina no había descubierto que el jabalí también es un producto de cerdo. La cocina se ocupó de esta pasta bien servida con carne de res en su lugar. Los vinos a juego (todos pequeños productores locales) eran encantadores y el servicio para una comida en grupo era bastante bueno
El lugar estaba lleno y sería bueno volver a la muestra del menú principal.
