The restaurant is located right in front of Palazzo Pretorio di Suvereto. The setting is minimal but elegant. Music suited to the atmosphere. We did the fish tasting menu. Good but nothing excellent. We expected something more daring, risky, innovative...we were a little disappointed. However, the quality was excellent and the zero km products were excellent. The waitress Andrea (I think that was his name or at least the boy you see in the video) was very kind and very knowledgeable about everything. He managed the entire room with attention to everyone and spent more than one word with everyone. The outside is a little dark. At certain moments you couldn't even see the dishes well. I would add a few more lights.

The location is superb in a village that is absolutely worth a visit; the quality of the food is excellent with plating that also satisfies the eye. Excellent suggestions for the choice of wines, all with prices appropriate to the proposals.

A well-kept and welcoming place, well-prepared and kind waiters, exquisite food. A special mention to the enthusiastic maître d', who recommended a truly special wine (among other things, the mark-up on the price of the bottles is negligible).

Nice place, impeccable service and in line with the price range which is medium-high. All makes sense, but in my opinion the cuisine is not at the level of a restaurant type because some dishes are simple, certainly not bad but not as excellent as the place would like to be

Sono rimasta un po’ delusa dopo varie recensioni positive. Il locale è molto carino, il costo salatissimo e non ne vale per quello che abbiamo mangiato…
Tris di carne cruda buona ma porzione piccola.
Il primo mi aspettavo un piatto di gnocchi su crema di ceci con scaglie di tartufo in realtà ho mangiato una minestra di ceci con 5 gnocchi e due scaglie di tartufo mangiata con il cucchiaio.
Il dolce pistacchio e albicocca niente di che, 8€ anche troppo.
Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò.

Si ritorna sempre volentieri !
Suvereto é un piccolo borgo affascinante, L'Ciocio la sua perla nascosta.
Ambiente curato ma rilassante (questa vola abbiamo cenato nella cucina/negozio : bellissimo). Personale attento e molto gentile. I piatti che arrivano dalla cucina sono appetitosi e molto ben presentati. La materia prima ottimale. La cantina completa per tutte le scelte (per me sempre bollicine - ma anche la Toscana ne offre di entusiasmanti). Il rapporto qualità / prezzo adeguato per un ristorante di alto livello.
