We had: Lorighittas all'Oristanese, Malloreddus del Campidano, Su Ghisadu (sublime), Sa cassola di pecora, Zuppa inglese espresso (original Sardinian with artisanal ladyfingers), Filu e ferru. EVERYTHING was delicious, made with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Even though our table was right next to the open kitchen, there were absolutely no odors coming from it (they definitely have an extraction system). The service staff was attentive and professional (I think the young man was a sommelier, as he seemed knowledgeable when serving the wines). Highly recommended!

The cuisine here is truly unique. There are so many dishes worth mentioning, the saffron and orange culurgiones are so delicious they'll make your head spin. The fresh ingredients are all top-quality, and the smoked Fiore Sardo was a wonderful discovery.
As for the Seadas, I can't find the words to describe their deliciousness.
The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful, and the service was excellent despite the restaurant being packed to the last available seat.

The food was definitely not worth the price. For example, the first course named after the restaurant: Maltagliati with creamy pecorino cheese and crispy salted pork (a truly simple dish, but unfortunately poorly executed) cost €17.
It's a shame because the Sardinian cuisine in the heart of the Tuscia region of Lazio was interesting.
The staff were excellent, and the house Cannonau was very good.

Welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere, helpful and attentive staff, and amazing food!
I was lucky enough to try a delicacy off the menu: truffle-filled gnocchi, EXCEPTIONAL, and the culurgiones, absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

The warm and welcoming atmosphere is typical of an old-fashioned osteria, yet with attention to detail and elegant furnishings. Service is attentive and punctual, yet with a touch of friendliness. The Sardinia-Nepi combination is a delightful discovery, with excellent Sardinian cuisine featuring many local, seasonal ingredients. Special attention was paid to our four-legged friends, which is always a pleasure.

Excellent lunch at this osteria with authentic Sardinian flavors. Attentive and courteous service. Welcoming and spotlessly clean atmosphere. From appetizer to dessert, the four of us tried various dishes and enjoyed everything! The seadas, both fried and as a first course, were truly excellent!

The place is nothing special, and the cuisine is very Sardinian.
The food: the appetizer, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, was presented in a way that was unpleasant and tasteless. The braised beef, which should have been cooked in Vernaccia, was very questionable; it tasted like a classic boiled meat in broth, and was flavorless. The pork shank with potatoes was good.
The 375cl Cannonau wine was delicious.
I would have expected something more from Sardinian cuisine.
The price was a bit high for what I mentioned above.
