Discovered by chance via Tripadvisor, everything was perfect. Nothing to say. Everything super perfect and super good. Lots of quality and even if the prices are a little high they are compensated by the goodness of the food. A triumph of colors and delicious dishes, an amazing pecorino fondue, the priest's hats indescribably tasty, fettuccine once upon a time that were excellent and the service? It's no less. WELL GOOD EVERYONE WE WILL BE BACK SOON.

Very satisfying experience, place with attention to detail, professional and attentive staff, varied and intriguing menu. We tried several dishes, all excellent. In our opinion, the fusion between Sardinian and Tuscia cuisine is very successful. Congratulations to those who dedicate themselves to the activity with love. I recommend without a shadow of a doubt.

What is most striking about the food is the cooking system, absolutely unique for those of us who have only been to Sardinia once; the crostini are delicious, the one with peppers, fantastic, the pork and the vegetarian millefeuille are excellent. The wine list is noteworthy. You don't spend a little, but honestly, given the quality, not too much either. Very good service.

I went to the seminary tavern twice. I had booked for Christmas Day and having never been there before we wanted to try it. The first time everything was perfect. We had a good, large table in the second room. Excellent food and dishes, all really good. Not very fast service in the sense that we sat down at 1.30pm and got up practically at 4pm. On Christmas Day, despite having booked the table a month in advance, and therefore I believe, among the first, if not the first, we had (we were in 4) a small table and next to the door in the corner. Now the weather was quite cold outside and the customers must have come out inside at least 100 times with the air punctually hitting us every time the door opened. I would have expected a better table if only because of the priority in booking. The food and dishes are always truly excellent. However the service extremely slow. An hour passed between the first and second courses and we had ordered the second three days earlier when confirming the booking. This is the explanation why the 3 stars for service and environment.

Sono stata a pranzo con la mia amica vegana e l’Osteria del seminario è un ristorante che ci ha sorpresi piacevolmente, non solo per la qualità dei piatti ma anche per l'attenzione e la cura riservata ai clienti con esigenze alimentari particolari. Il locale è accogliente, con un'atmosfera rilassata che rende l'esperienza culinaria ancora più piacevole. Una delle caratteristiche che ci ha colpito di più è stata la disponibilità della chef a creare piatti vegani su misura. Sebbene il menù offra una vasta gamma di opzioni, sia tradizionali che vegane, ho apprezzato moltissimo la possibilità di personalizzare i piatti in base alle esigenze alimentari della mia amica. Dopo aver comunicato al personale le sue preferenze vegane, è stata invitata a parlare direttamente con la chef, che ha ascoltato con attenzione e proposto diverse varianti dei piatti presenti nel menù. Il personale di sala è stato estremamente cortese e attento, controllando più volte che i piatti soddisfacessero le sue aspettative. Questo livello di attenzione e rispetto per le esigenze del cliente ha reso l'esperienza davvero speciale. l’Osteria del seminario è un ristorante che riesce a coniugare tradizione e innovazione, offrendo piatti deliziosi e un servizio impeccabile. La chef Sandra e lo staff dimostrano una grande sensibilità verso le esigenze alimentari dei clienti, rendendo questo locale una scelta ideale per chiunque, vegani e non. Un'esperienza culinaria su misura, che consiglio vivamente.

04/01/2025: Friendly staff, very quick to serve, even very quick cooking, we waited longer to sit down than at the table after ordering. The restaurant has both outdoor tables heated by lamps and indoor tables. Very noisy, some people smoke outside. The menu features mostly land-based dishes, cheap prices, first courses €10-12, second courses similar. Dessert €4.50. We tried the fennel stew with olives and tomatoes, the pappardelle with wild boar and two side dishes, baked potatoes and sautéed broccoli. The pappardelle had the sauce with minced meat, there were no classic pieces of wild boar, the flavor was watered down, so much so that I took the pasta out to dry it in the kitchen. The stew was good, the sauce a little watery, not very thick and the flavor was good. Good desserts, normal portions, not abundant, recommended.

Superlative cocktails, the idea of ​​adding new cocktails from season to season is brilliant: among other things, each cocktail has its own table with "bitter/sweet/sour/alcoholic" indicators which help considerably in choosing the drink in relation to its personal tastes For the winter-spring 2025 season, the following are highly recommended: The Candy Man, served in a glass with a touch of salted caramel which enhances the flavor of the cocktail, and The Clown, more bitter and more alcoholic, but the way in which it is served is super spectacular ! Nice music playing!
