Abbiamo prenotato in occasione di un we a Rovereto per visitare il Mart. Ambiente suggestivo su due piani.Menù contenuto e interessante. I canederli del pettirosso sono stati ottimi.

Rustic and traditional environment but revised with such care to make it elegant and modern at the same time.. Aperitif with an excellent Trento DOC and excellent crostini with lard and salami. Appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses, which I would define as "exaggerated" in terms of goodness and quantity. And then him: THE Dumpling, in the traditional version with a cup of melted butter poured in front of my eyes which were shining... I am satisfied, I pay with a smile a bill that is not low, but deserved!

Tried the place during lunch break, typical menu and different proposals of the day, personally not satisfied, let's say that the name of the dishes was better than the food, not bad in taste but not even close to the requested cost. However, the place is unquestionably nice and the staff are friendly, which is why I give it 4 stars.

Highly recommended.. Everything super.. Starting from the booking with link.. Excellent food.. Discovered by chance but marked.. We will definitely return and next time I will leave room for dessert...

Cena fantastica. L’osteria è un luogo accogliente dove abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. L’oste è attento, simpatico. Servizio impeccabile, cibo ottimo. Vini consigliati di qualità e a prezzi giusti. Ottimo il “canederlo”, il salmerino e il dolce del giorno (panna cotta ai pinoli tostati con caramello salato).

We arrived in Rovereto for the second time, we found Osteria del Pettirosso by chance, as soon as we entered, they welcomed us very kindly and above all the staff was very helpful, the service was impeccable, the dishes we took were very good, especially the carne salada with burrata, and their specialty dumplings with potato leaves and hot melted butter poured by the waiter. Recommended to everyone when you pass through these parts. The only thing would be better to book in advance because they are always full.

19/02/2025: In my opinion one of the best typical restaurants in Trentino. Easy to reach, it is located in a small residential area in the splendid Valle dei Mocheni. The rustic environment is enriched with details of local folklore and is very pleasant and welcoming. The service is offered by trained staff who are available to advise and give details on the dishes on the menu. The offer is varied and ranges from appetizers to desserts and offers typical dishes of the Trentino and Mochena culture. The dishes are all very tasty, with 0 km ingredients, you are truly spoiled for choice to indulge yourself with the standard dishes or to make a hearty meal with the "Miniera" portion. The end-of-meal grappas offered by the house are unmissable. The prices are absolutely adequate in relation to quality/quantity/service/environment. I recommend booking so as not to miss the gastronomic experience.

RISTORANTE PIZZERIA TRITTICO

03/03/2025: Exceptional very cute, kind and fast girls. And the teroldego risotto is crazy. It is also a pizzeria. I recommend booking for a month as they are always full. Also today for lunch here at the triptych. Always a lot of kindness and special and abundant dishes even for business lunches. Encore of homemade tortellini. GT driver
27/02/2025: Two girls work there who are beautiful but also kind and always attentive and fast. I usually take Riso al teroldego. The pizza is also very good, thin and not biscuity. Excellent coffee, not the usual coffee found in many restaurants which is too strong 💚💪 GT driver
