Osteria del Pettirosso In Rovereto

This was my first time at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious; if you're a fan of tartare, it's highly recommended. The first courses were very popular, and the desserts were a perfect way to round things off.

Dinner at the counter was simply wonderful! Congratulations to everyone at Osteria al Pettirosso for their friendliness, expertise, and quality of ingredients.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and professional. We ate an excellent risotto "Carnaroli with Trentodoc, Trentino blueberries, and herbed lard," plus a tartare and a large salad with Trentingrana and pulled horse meat. We drank a good Trentino red wine. Everything went well, but, as I personally told the restaurant manager, I took the liberty of making a few adjustments to accommodate the needs of people/palates who can't/don't want to eat gluten. Given that I'm well aware that preparing these gluten-free foods requires two kitchens, I wonder why, in addition to risotto, you can't also include gluten-free dumplings, which are available on the market, cooked in the same way as gluten-free risotto? I can't/want to imagine a response like "the taste of gluten-free dumplings isn't comparable to traditional ones, and therefore my image might be damaged," because those with gluten intolerances don't care. They need to eat well and be able to choose from a variety of flavors. Here, I would like to send a message to all restaurateurs, so that they include more dishes/tastings on their menus for the benefit of those who request them.

We had a wonderful time at this osteria while passing by. Everything was truly delicious, from the trio of dumplings to the meat tartare. The sweet dumpling was sublime. Kudos to the welcoming, friendly, and highly professional staff.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and found ourselves in a wonderful place with friendly staff, excellent food, and a wide selection of wines. The dumplings were superb, and the desserts and cured meats were excellent. I highly recommend it.

An excellent lunch accompanied by impeccable service. Special praise goes to the courtesy shown at the end of the experience, a sign of genuine customer care, even if just passing through.

A welcoming and quaint atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food. Their "Tasty Pasta" is delicious. Attention to detail. I had a pleasant evening!

The food was very good, but the atmosphere was a bit chilly. While the waiters were efficient, I expected more warmth in their service, a joke, a chat... Personal taste.
