Osteria del Grillo In Castro dei volsci

Quiet atmosphere and excellent cuisine, truly excellent pizza.

A spacious and welcoming restaurant with indoor and outdoor tables (perfect in summer). The menu includes pizzas, as well as traditional Ciociaria dishes like "fini fini" (a type of pizza) and now-rare dishes like tripe with tomato sauce and mutton with tomato sauce (a favorite among us). Fast service and fair prices.

I had a lovely evening, good pizzas, well cooked, well seasoned and digestible, i.e. without the bloating effect, the grillo and amatriciana were really good, fast and courteous service, well-kept premises, clean facilities.
