WOW! Best Michelin star dinner I’ve ever been to. Service was best-in-class and the food was out of this world. We did the 7 course option and there was an additional course at the beginning and end. The chef came out to chat and the entire environment was incredibly intimate and lovely. Pear tarte was mouthwatering. WOW wow.

We opted for the Istinto menu. It was delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. The recommended wine was impeccable. The service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. We had a very pleasant evening at Osteria Acquarol.

Amazing very light and inspired cuisine with the finest local products not least the herbes from the garden!

Excellent experience, it's wonderful to see Alessandro's great love for wild plants. All nature and botany lovers will certainly appreciate it. Cremona is here!! 🙂

A wonderful experience. From the environment, to the service, to the menu. The place is very well-kept and the environment is private and welcoming. The impeccable service and the divine food and wine experience. A journey through the philosophy of the chef that can be read in every dish. Truly a great evening. We will definitely be back!

As part of a wine trip we visited this restaurant and enjoyed a pre-ordered menu. When we arrived we were initially a bit disappointed by the very strong ambience: no tablecloths, rather cool ambience. After the menu was pre-ordered by the tour guide, it wasn't easy to change a course. No matter which course you wanted to change, only a salad was possible. The surprise afterwards was all the greater when a truly world-class chef conjured up one course after the other with outstanding quality. At the end there was applause and a photo with the patron

The fresh focaccia and sourdough added a delightful touch, showcasing the kitchen’s attention to detail. The open kitchen, visible through a sleek glass wall, added a sense of transparency and artistry to the experience. The ambiance of the restaurant matched the quality of the food—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. This was more than just a meal—it was a culinary journey. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.
