Intimate and refined environment, not too "combed". The feeling is that of welcome and familiarity, of "home" just as they write on the site. The impeccable service: attention and care without any intrusiveness. As a woman, for example, I appreciated that it wasn't taken for granted that my partner had to choose or taste the wine. Cooking is truly an experience: first of all we really appreciated the fact that they catered to our dietary needs, accompanying us on the tasting journey. Dishes with absolutely balanced flavours, quantities and textures. One in particular will remain in your heart: the charcoal Jerusalem artichoke salad with warm egg yolk, mountain parmesan foam and wild garlic. Lust!

07/01/2025: I thank the property in the person of Mr Rocco, for the hospitality received, the care in managing everything, from the beautiful, clean, well-kept and maintained rooms. To the kitchen with excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners with excellent menus, to the ski and boot rental. The staff are always very kind, helpful and attentive to any requests from guests. Truly congratulations.
05/01/2025: Ottima cucina tradizionale , consiglio vivamente i piatti tipici e semplici del Trentino, come la polenta e salsiccia, la polenta e Tosela, e le buonissime uova con speck...., per i piccoli la cotoletta con le patatine fritte. Il personale è competente e cordiale.

07/01/2025: What can I say, my husband received your royal chocolate panettone, with the basket from the Visottica company, the best panettone I have ever eaten. When he comes to fish there in Vicenza, I will have him come to try others. Meanwhile, my compliments. Even my 4 year old said it was good!!
