WOW! Best Michelin star dinner I’ve ever been to. Service was best-in-class and the food was out of this world. We did the 7 course option and there was an additional course at the beginning and end. The chef came out to chat and the entire environment was incredibly intimate and lovely. Pear tarte was mouthwatering. WOW wow.

Osteria Acquarol is an absolute gem in Appiano. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, the service warm and professional, and the food… simply unforgettable. Every dish is creative, beautifully balanced, and deeply rooted in the region while offering surprising, modern twists. The tasting menu feels like a journey through flavors and textures, each plate a work of art. A must-visit for anyone who loves fine dining — refined, soulful, and worth every moment.

Osteria Acquarol offers exciting, high-quality, and artisanal food and drinks. The signature style and concept were evident in each of my seven courses. Only the service seems a bit reserved, and the dining room is very minimalist.

We opted for the Istinto menu. It was delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. The recommended wine was impeccable. The service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. We had a very pleasant evening at Osteria Acquarol.

Amazing very light and inspired cuisine with the finest local products not least the herbes from the garden!

Excellent experience, it's wonderful to see Alessandro's great love for wild plants. All nature and botany lovers will certainly appreciate it. Cremona is here!! 🙂

A wonderful experience. From the environment, to the service, to the menu. The place is very well-kept and the environment is private and welcoming. The impeccable service and the divine food and wine experience. A journey through the philosophy of the chef that can be read in every dish. Truly a great evening. We will definitely be back!
