A very simple, clean place, a bit cramped for space (too many tables for the space), but overall pleasant. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the service is very fast. The price/satisfying ratio is very good. Now let's talk about the dishes: I'm from Rome, and I have to say that the food served at this trattoria is reminiscent of the Roman cuisine it claims to be inspired by. After all, the place is located in Latina, and neither the owner nor the chef are from Rome, so it's a bit like eating pizza at Little Italy in New York, but overall, it's okay. Unpretentious, it's okay. IN RESPONSE TO THE RESTAURANT OWNER'S RESPONSE 👇🏻 * No "racism" 😃😃😃, especially because you're not "outside the GRA" ring road. You're in Latina, a truly different city, more than 70km from Rome, a city that's a province unto itself, just like Frosinone, Viterbo, or Rieti. ** In Rome, Egyptian chefs only work in a few inexpensive restaurants in the center, in tourist hotspots. Roman cuisine is something very different and can be found in the more "authentic" neighborhoods. Romans know where to go. *** Don't be jealous, I still found you very friendly, and the service was impeccable. Maybe one day when I'm back in town, I'll come back and visit you and let me try something typical of Latina.

Great experience at Giorgione. The carbonara was a 10/10, the sa io e pepe was good. The amatriciana could have been more flavorful with the guanciale. The tiramisu was good. Fast and courteous service. Fair price for generous portions. WELL DONE!

I had to wander around a bit to find a parking spot but then I was lucky to find it near the restaurant. Beautiful place, youthful, with a professional and fast service. They recommended the €13 menu consisting of bruschetta, first course and side dish or a second course and side dish + 1 small water. I chose a cacio e pepe and courgettes with pachino, both cooked to perfection. I will definitely always stop there for lunch to try other first courses such as gricia or carbonara and other house specialties.

Very rustic. Generous portions. Fast service. Reservations are recommended.

Family run authentic Italian food. Our friends from Latina chose a family style selections of appetizers, pasta, meats and desserts. So much scrumptious food! Our friends were able to take home leftovers for another meal. Wonderful experience.

Courteous and helpful staff. Alessandra is our favorite, but the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. In Latina, they represent tradition and history! Typical dishes and portions that are never ordinary! The food is amazing!!!

I ate a lot and well, and spent very little compared to what I ate. The menu cost €18, which included bruschetta, a choice of first course, a choice of second course, a choice of side dish, and water. I had dessert and coffee... total €25. But I left the restaurant rolling. It's true, as they say on the T-shirts: "Don't let them starve you."

Ogni volta che veniamo a Latina a trovare nostro figlio che studia qui, non possiamo NON andare a cena da Giorgione. Il cibo è semplicemente ottimo, la carbonara, poi, divina.. Abbiamo preso due mezze abbuffate, così abbiamo gustato le particolarità locali, dall'antipasto ai contorni... La pasta fatta a mano, il maialino da non perdere e non parlano della porchetta....WOOOOW!! Un bel po' di vino rosso della casa, buono anche quello, il tutto in un clima casareccio, famigliare e simpatico..i camerieri gentilissimi, Giorgione super... Spero di poterci tornare, tra qualche mese

Spettacolare, da non perdere se sei in zona. Piatti abbondantissimi e materie prime eccezionali. Gigione un vero oste romano !
