We arrived by chance and late at night, they welcomed us right away with great kindness, beautiful garden, with a lake view. We ordered spatzle, a trout and an entrecote, generous portions, everything very good!! Very welcoming and kind even with our big dog, excellent quality/price ratio, highly recommended!!

We stumbled upon this place spontaneously; the menu is straightforward and the food is delicious. The staff is very friendly, and the view of the lake is outstanding.

We hiked around Lake Cavedine and then spontaneously stopped at the osteria. We and our two dogs were warmly welcomed and served by Gio. The dishes were plentiful and prepared with fresh ingredients. The spaghetti carbonara with fresh trout from the lake is a specialty. We found the food excellent and of very good quality, and the prices are fair. The ambiance is rather simple—but typical of the region and without frills. We enjoyed being guests here.

I ate different dishes here over two days and can confidently say that only the best ingredients are used here and everything is freshly prepared. The setting is fantastic, with a view of the lake and the mountain range in the background. The owner and his family are very friendly and speak perfect German. BIG recommendation.
