First Sunday of March and first experience. They even welcomed us ahead of our reservation. A typical mountain hut atmosphere, but a little more chic. A sweet Cabernet on tap that goes down beautifully. A platter of cured meats and cheeses with strong but distinct flavors. Tagliatelle that tasted homemade. Tagliata that melted in your mouth.

We had lunch yesterday at this restaurant, which we discovered by chance. We had a wonderful meal. The pumpkin gnocchi were special, and the skewer was extraordinary. The baked potatoes and cooked vegetables were excellent. Just one small detail: in our opinion, the dessert would have been better served slightly warm or on a plate that wasn't too cold, but again, that's just a small detail. We're not from the area, and it's a bit inconvenient, but we'll definitely be back in the spring! Thanks for the crostoli and grappa after the meal, and many more compliments!
