Osteria al Passo, a traditional restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, has a rustic atmosphere reminiscent of a stube. The food is good; the carne salada tartare is spectacular, the tagliatelle with venison ragù is delicious, and the blueberry ice cream is delicious—industrial, but delicious. The owners are friendly and very kind. The prices are very affordable: an appetizer, two first courses, a second course with side dish, two desserts, water and bread, and a coffee. Three people: €81.00, cheaper than beer and pizza on the plains. Highly recommended!

This evening we stopped at a truly unique trattoria 🌟. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming: wooden furniture and antique utensils hanging on the walls give it a rustic, authentic feel 🔥. There's also outdoor seating for those who want to enjoy the fresh air. The food is truly excellent: I had soup and baked potatoes, both prepared with great care and flavor 🍲🥔. The person sitting with me chose meat, and said it was truly excellent, especially the game, juicy and flavorful 🦌🍖. All this accompanied by friendly and attentive service, and at a truly fair price 💰. A place that captivates you at first sight and at first bite 😍. Kudos to all the staff, we'll definitely be back 👏✨.

Our campervan took us to Osteria Coe, and I must say it was a culinary experience I will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exquisite courtesy that made us feel immediately at home. The staff is attentive, professional, and genuinely passionate about their work. The food is simply excellent. Every dish served to us was a true work of art. The attention to detail is evident, not only in the selection of high-quality ingredients, but also in the plating, which makes each course a feast for the eyes as well. We savored typical dishes that blend traditional flavors with modern presentation, demonstrating great culinary mastery. We can't wait to return to sample the other hidden treasures on their menu. Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia famiglia durante la nostra vacanza a Folgaria. Come introduzione, per farvi capire il livello, dico solo che ci e' piaciuto talmente tanto che ci siamo tornati sia a pranzo che a cena. L'osteria sorge proprio nel cuore del Passo Coe, al confine tra il Trentino e il Veneto, a due passi dalla famosa Base Tuono e dallo splendido Giardino Botanico. Allestita nel puro spirito trentino, l'osteria offre i tipici piatti della tradizione culinaria locale con una qualita' della cucina davvero sensazionale. Consiglio a tutti come antipasto di iniziare con delle ottime Crocchette di Patate al Formaggio Fuso, servite con Lardo e Cipolla di Tropea, una vera squisitezza. Tra i primi eccezionale la Lasagna con Radicchio e Speck, l'immancabile Tris di Canederli oppure gli ottimi Gnocchi di Polenta con Fonduta d'Alpeggio e Polvere di Noci, per non parlare delle eccezionali Tagliatelle al Ragu' di Capriolo. Insomma come scegliete, scegliete bene. Tra i secondi poi non perdetevi l'eccezionale Goulash alla Trentina con Polenta di Storo, mentre tra i dessert assolutamente imperdibile lo stratosferico Strudel. Innaffiate il tutto con dell'ottimo Prosecco locale e passerete senza dubbio una fantastica serata. Per concludere anche un goccetto di Amaro alle erbe locale non e' da disdegnare. Prezzi nella media e personale sempre gentile e disponibile: in sintesi assolutamente consigliato !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
