A simple, well-crafted menu. I had a fabulous fried lake fish. Finally, the tiramisu: I didn't taste any sugar at all, but it was the best tiramisu I've ever had, because you could taste all the ingredients; it was almost magical.

A wonderful, unassuming osteria. All the dishes and drinks were created and curated with a palpable love for the region. The high quality of all the ingredients stands out throughout. From appetizers to dessert, everything tasted excellent, and the portion sizes and prices were more than fair. The experience was rounded out by the truly friendly service. We'd be happy to come back!

The restaurant is quite small, located in a vaulted cellar in the heart of town. The food is excellent, featuring local, high-quality ingredients.
The waiter/owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about local produce and can recommend something for everyone.
The menu is concise but offers something for everyone.
The prices are reasonable for the high quality, but not expensive.

Excellent tavern in Sanzeno with typical dishes from the Val di Non and Trentino in general, both the dishes and the wines from the local cellars are wonderful, including the desserts, if you pass through those villages in the Val di Non I highly recommend a stop at this tavern, because the location is also very worth it, it creates a beautiful atmosphere

A really nice restaurant, a kind of vaulted cellar, I really liked it.
The food was also beautifully presented, but unfortunately, I wasn't that impressed. It was okay, I'd say. The service was very friendly.
