We went to Osteria Casa De Gentili for dinner and were really impressed. The venue is intimate and well-kept, perfect for those looking for a quiet and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes well thought out and made with great attention to quality.
The tasting of typical cheeses is highly recommended: a real delight for those who love local flavours. The chef, knowledgeable and passionate, willingly stopped to have a chat with us and also recommended some dairies in the area where you can buy local cheeses.
A genuine and very pleasant experience. Truly a great discovery!

Excellent evening with friends.
Nice and very clean place... background music and excellent dishes.
Varied menu and really friendly staff
Ivano receives you with a smile and puts passion into it, which is now rare in the world of catering.
Onion soup as a really good starter and dumplings to follow.
Excellent choice of second courses and grappas of various really interesting flavours...

Stop, everyone stop... if you want to have lunch or dinner in Trentino without being looking for starred restaurants but for true indigenous flavours, here you have to stop. Friendliness, quality, accuracy and attention to detail...to which add a wine list, environment etc etc etc...seeing is believing...Ivano, the owner, top notch

Siamo entrati dopo aver visitato il Santuario di San Romeo, proprietario gentilissimo.
Locale molto suggestivo, curato e pulito.
Abbiamo pranzato divinamente, ottimi i dolci e anche il caffè, cosa non da tutti.
Prezzi super onesti.

Excellent dumplings (you can see and feel that they are not just bread)
Goulash with polenta highly recommended
