An excellent, unexpected experience! A place that celebrates tradition, from the location and ambiance to the dishes, but with a modern twist. Everything was delicious, and the staff were helpful.

A very good restaurant with a truly pleasant atmosphere, located in the beautiful courtyard of a historic building in Sanzeno. The menu, featuring meat and fish dishes, is respectful of tradition but boasts that extra touch from the chef. First-rate cured meats and a well-stocked wine list complete the offerings. Finally, the manager is a very kind and knowledgeable man. He welcomed us discreetly and guided us through the evening, concluding with a lovely story about the Val di Non. Reasonably priced.

The atmosphere is very refined and inviting. The food is good and high-quality, although the portions aren't particularly generous. We had dinner with two appetizers, a first course, a second course, two glasses of wine, and two desserts, spending €84. They kindly offered us potato rosti, given the food festival.

Exceptional dishes, some with sophisticated flavors, others simpler and more traditional; a fine wine list, mostly local.
Simple but clean and comfortable atmosphere; well-spaced tables and a diverse clientele.
A special mention goes to the onion soup, the carne salada with beans, and the honey parfait; my only criticism is the pumpkin and amaretto tortelli dish, in which, for my personal taste, the pumpkin flavor was hard to discern.

Everything was very good.
The price was right, the only downside was the portions.
Some portions were very generous, others less so.
But I highly recommend it.
The atmosphere was elegant and the service impeccable.
The dessert was also truly excellent.

Four of us had dinner one evening in December between Christmas and New Year's Eve.
You can park along the street or in front of Bar la Fontana. There's limited space. You enter through a courtyard, and the place is a bit hidden. There's only a few seats, soft music, and few people. It's quiet and very peaceful. The local menu isn't very extensive, combining meat and fish with typical dishes, but at the same time adding unexpected touches and flavors.
There's a wide selection of wines. We'd rate it 4.5 because, given the prices, we expected slightly larger portions. That said, what we ate was very good.
P.S.: It's one of the very few places that doesn't ask you to reserve early or get annoyed if you book after 8:30 pm.

Welcoming atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and excellent food. The Lucanian ravioli with ricotta cheese are especially noteworthy.
The quality/price ratio is very good.
