I have been there twice over the years for ceremonies and it confirms itself to be an excellent restaurant, truly good and quality food with many non-obvious vegetarian options.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and in excellent hands. We'd like to extend a very special thank you to Julia – we were truly impressed by her friendliness, warmth, and attentiveness. The entire team was also incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. We would especially like to emphasize the cleanliness throughout the hotel – everything was immaculately maintained and created an all-around pleasant feeling of well-being. Everything, from the room to the service to the atmosphere, was simply perfect. Thank you to everyone for this wonderful experience. We would love to come back 🥰❤️

Our first experience was 18 years ago, we celebrated our wedding and since then we have been going to a thousand occasions and events with our eyes closed... Cesare, the manager, is 100% top-notch, the staff are kind and polite, the food is divine, everything is fresh and of the highest quality... excellence in catering, an enchanting and very well-kept place

A place with great potential, very beautiful and impressive on the outside, but unfortunately not properly enhanced. Rooms need updating, common area lighting is inadequate, and outdoor furniture isn't up to par. A definite plus is the beautiful stone pool with a hydromassage corner and the large, well-maintained garden. The daily change of bathroom linens is also appreciated. Breakfast is repetitive and of poor quality.

We spent a five-day stay at this property and were very satisfied with the hospitality. The room was impeccably cleaned every morning, with beautifully scented linens that made our stay even more comfortable. Suggestions for Improvement - Breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of savory options and by covering the cakes with transparent domes to keep them fresh. Strengths - Impeccable room cleanliness - Gorgeously scented linens - Ideal location for reaching the Salento destinations IN PARTICULAR, the bathroom could be updated with: - New toilet seat for greater hygiene and cleanliness - More modern and functional bathroom accessories

This year too, we're at CASINA DEI CARI... and why not? And we're staying in the same room as last year! The place is fabulous, lush with greenery, well-maintained, and clean (after a night of wind and rain, there wasn't a single leaf in the paths). The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, discreet, and ready to accommodate every request. The breakfast is lavish with every delicacy, allowing you to choose (or combine, if you prefer) both sweet and savory. The rooms are large and have private bathrooms, but the highlight is the daily cleaning, including a daily change of linens! Not to mention the clean scent that the very kind, talented, and sweet ladies leave behind when they're finished. Mr. Cesare and Ms. Laura are friendly and helpful beyond expectations. On the first evening, like last year, we had pizza for dinner in the on-site restaurant, and, like last year, the deliciousness outweighed the abundance (which was a real challenge for our stomachs). Shall we talk about the pool? But no... I'll post the photo directly and then you tell me....🤩 And next year? I'll leave you a hint: THE ARE EVERYTHING! 😉

A charming place with a beautiful pool, private parking with a barrier, and the rooms are beautiful but could do with some soundproofing. As is often the case in Italy, lunch offers far more sweet than savory options...

Second year that I come back everything is perfect, in relation to the cost obviously, in particular the well-kept garden, clean room, abundant breakfast, very kind staff

A unique place surrounded by greenery, with a swimming pool equipped with a whirlpool and loungers. It's strategically located close to both Lido Marini and Presicce, as well as Santa Maria di Leuca. The room is clean, air conditioned, and has a bathroom with a shower. A clothesline outside the room was very useful, I must say. Breakfast was plentiful and always stocked with fresh cakes. We'll miss our dearest guests. The staff was also super friendly and helpful; truly a gem. It also has private parking located behind the farmhouse, very convenient.
