I don't understand the high rating: the menu is very small, with not much choice; the food wasn't really hot, the duck consisted of a lot of bones with little, but dry, meat and was swimming in fat; I wouldn't eat it again. The rabbit was significantly better, but also quite fatty; the tiramisu was very good. The restaurant is very old and decorated with countless old knick-knacks, but I liked it. The kitchen definitely has room for improvement! The young, friendly owner could do more with it, which is a shame!

These are my favorite places, quaint with local specialties. Both the pumpkin bigoi and the duck ragù bigoi are delicious. So is the cod and polenta we ordered for takeout that evening. Generous portions at a fair price.

Historic osteria in the center of Asolo. Friendly and welcoming staff, carefully prepared dishes, excellent ingredients, and good wine. The cod and pork shank are a must-try!

An osteria just like it used to be... from the decor, to the low lights, to the little bell above the door when you open it... I was immediately struck by it as soon as we arrived in Asolo, walking through the streets, and we decided to go for lunch... we were really satisfied... everything was very good and the host was really kind... highly recommended.

Pleasant aperitif, good wine, and delicious snacks.
Also recommended for its location, just inside the city walls and just before the center, which is often too crowded.
