We stopped by chance as we were passing through, but the choice was excellent. A typical restaurant with very good, traditional Tuscan dishes. The charcuterie and cheese platter was very generous, served with excellent honey, which added a truly exquisite touch. The Pici cacio e pepe was very good. The restaurant is intimate and quaint. The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Prices are reasonable. We'll definitely return if we have the chance.

A welcoming place, a little sparse in the sense that I feel it lacks a bit of liveliness in terms of customer entertainment, perhaps due to the limited staff (two, owner and waitress). Still, it's a quiet place where you can truly enjoy your meal in peace. Food: good, even the meat, in my opinion, is above average in Trentino. The price is perhaps a little high, especially if you're Tuscan. However, the quality/price comparison isn't quite right for the meat, in my opinion. Although, again, for a Trentino native, I'd say it holds its own more than well. One small point: I would have liked someone to ask for the Florentine steak to be cooked rare, but everything was excellent. The owner is truly down-to-earth. I'll definitely return with family and friends to try the pasta dishes and the meat again, perhaps weighing a few kilos this time 😂 given how delicious it was. Overall, I recommend it and will definitely return!! I recommend booking.
