Orso Grigio In Ronzone

We spent four days of relaxation and pampering in this very hot summer. Thanks to the ladies at the reception and to beautician Emanuela, who gives super relaxing massages. A big thank you to chef Cristian and all the staff for pampering our palates with their delicious dishes. His venison fillet is delicious and alone is worth 2 hours machine to taste it., the strudel is a feast for the tasting pupils and for this reason we will return soon. Thanks a lot to everyone

Hotel located in a structure similar to a small castle with blue-roofed turrets and a garden with an artificial lake that make it a magical place. Beautiful rooms with attention to every detail. We were offered an upgrade to a suite with a large hydromassage tub and private Turkish bath at a very reasonable price, the service was impeccable. The breakfast served in the room deserves a special mention, as it is rich in quantity and quality of mostly typical and homemade products. We did not try the renowned internal restaurant. Presence of a beauty center that offers a fairly wide variety of massages. The only flaw is the lack of a shared spa and swimming pool since, although each room has special services such as hydromassages, Turkish bath or private swimming pool, if you do not stay in the most equipped suites, you do not have the possibility of using wellness services common. Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Advised!

A really great hotel to relax and feel good. It is very quiet and the staff are very polite and accommodating. The room was very large and clean. I can only recommend everyone to book the room with the private pool. The food was also to die for. The only thing I have to complain about is that the sun loungers and a few facilities are very worn and outdated and don't do the hotel justice, but of course that's complaining at its finest ☺️ we'll be back 👋

A very nice garden, everything seems elegant at first glance, but I think that the rooms need to be refreshed. We also had many dark spots on the bed linen, which was replaced by the staff. Staff very polite and helpful :)

This hotel is perfect in so many ways: really attentive and friendly service, very nice and spacious rooms, and the breakfast is to die for. Exactly the opposite of anonymous mass accommodation. Would we come back? You're welcome, any time.

I highly recommend Villa Orso Grigio, the room was very clean well kept at all times and the bed was very comfortable. The location is awesome, excellent place to stay. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was just amazing, what else do you need? Everything was perfect, It couldn’t have been better. Will definitely come again to this place.

My husband and I we booked a room for our Anniversary and this place is so beyond what we had in mind/expected. They go above and beyond.Endless wine selection to chose from. The food was something out of it this world,and the service not to mention. Rooms very clean and the look was so very cozy and home like feeling. Spa was truly amazing and couldn’t get enough of it. The view was gorgeous and something you can easily sink in and just lose track of time.Easily transports you. Our complements to the amazing Chef. We are speechless when it comes to this place. It’s a MUST. They truly go Above and Beyond in every area/department. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back for more. Thank you Villa Orso Grigio.

Location stupenda. Menù ricercato,pensato,eseguito al top. Materia prima eccelente personale discreto,attento gentile. Wow una domenica meravigliosa .Quando trovi un posto cosi,bello,rilassante è in più cucina gourmet non si può chiedere di più. Sono stata consigliata da una amica ,aveva ragione quando mi disse :ti piacerà. Per non parlare della carta vini,eccelenze del territorio è più 😃 Ve lo consiglio,ne vale la pena. I soldi vanno e vengono,ma le emozioni che questo posto vi darà resteranno sempre con voi .....
