An excellent property converted from a villa with a dozen rooms of various types, a refined restaurant, a wellness center, and a swimming pool. Both the exterior and interior are captivating and refined. The room I stayed in was spacious with a coffered wooden ceiling, as was the bathroom. I also had exclusive use of a small outdoor pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff and service were excellent. It's a shame I only stayed one night.

Their service was attentive, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. We received a wonderful surprise when our room was upgraded to a suite—and the service matched the luxurious upgrade perfectly! The suite was gorgeous and made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel's restaurant is top-notch. Both the service and the food were excellent. Every dish was a culinary delight. Furthermore, the breakfast was absolutely incredible—a rich, high-quality, and diverse selection. Overall, a perfect luxury getaway. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ghaith, the waiter in the restaurant, was very attentive. The owner himself cooks at the highest level. A fantastic wine list. When we complained about the room, the owner himself made sure we were upgraded to another one – spacious, light-filled, and quiet – even with a small garden. The hotel is definitely showing its age. Silver cutlery, perfectly ironed table linens make for a good breakfast. All the best, and we'll be back!

A special and relaxing experience surrounded by nature and excellent cuisine We stayed at Villa Orso Grigio for a romantic getaway and were simply enchanted. The property is elegant, surrounded by nature, with just a few rooms, meticulously maintained and, above all, quiet. Our Palco Floreale room had an outdoor hot tub, a hammam, and a private garden. It's also a great starting point for fantastic hikes through the woods and meadows, a favorite with our dog. The restaurant is truly divine: refined dishes, impeccable service, and a well-selected wine cellar. Kudos to Chef Cristian Bertol for the perfect balance between tradition and creativity.

We had lunch there for the first time in 2018, and the welcome was wonderful. The tasting menu was very good. I'm planning to return in early October.

The place is excellent, and the service is top-notch. It's close to many agritur restaurants, has a great view of the Dolomites, and they recommend a suite with a private jacuzzi and sauna—it's worth it 👍🏻

We had a great time. The Ursa Minor room is gorgeous and the bed is a dream. The hot tub and outdoor garden are wonderful. The restaurant is delicious.

A wonderful experience of total relaxation

The villa is simply the pinnacle of relaxation and fine dining. Excellent, impeccable service, exceptional rooms. An oasis of relaxation, an earthly paradise. Free Tesla charging is available at the hotel. I highly recommend it. The only flaws that are unforgivable in a hotel of this caliber: slow restaurant service and the lack of a quick menu for the children's menu. Furthermore, breakfast was also served late and, to top it off, the quality of the food was average. The breakfast truly needs improvement in terms of product quality.

Enchanting place, the villa a jewel, optimal position to reach the various attractions of the place, including the Rio Sass canyon and the path to the Sanctuary of San Romedio, simply wonderful structure where you can spend days in complete relaxation, all the staff are very kind and welcoming, spotless room, with towel change twice a day, the restaurant is a gem, the chef offers dishes of excellent quality, the waiting staff (as well as the boys and girls at the reception) are exquisite and professional people, the maître d' and the waiter very well prepared always ready to advise you and satisfy every type of need, he pampered us without ever being intrusive, always with a smile, it was all magnificent, we will return soon
