Average sushi, nothing special, but the staff was rude and the owners were rude. I had my well-behaved dachshund puppy with me, who doesn't bark, but despite that, they had something to complain about.

Excellent experience. Delicious food and very efficient staff. The atmosphere is very welcoming, we were very satisfied.

I would come back without hesitation.

I'd already been to other One Sushi restaurants, specifically in Caserta, so I chose the one in Pompeii precisely because it belongs to the same chain. My expectations were fully met. The food is good and reflects the classic One Sushi style: not the best sushi I've ever had, but certainly one of the best in the area, especially considering the all-you-can-eat option. Prices are in line with the competition. The dishes may vary from restaurant to restaurant, but overall they're all very good. My only small complaint is that some rolls sometimes seem very similar despite the different ingredients. The staff has always been courteous: we've been both during the holidays and on a weekday, and we've had a great time both times. The only slightly inconvenient thing, for me personally, is the tablet for ordering, which isn't fixed to the table and doesn't have a stand, so it tends to take up space. Even at checkout, both times, the lady at the cashier was extremely kind, asking how our experience had gone and if everything had gone well. She also always offered us fortune cookies without even having to ask, contradicting some negative reviews that noted their absence. During a visit during the holidays, the sinks were unfortunately out of order and only one was available in a separate room. However, when I returned a week later, the problem had already been resolved, so it was an isolated incident. On my last visit, I also noticed new employees, including a very kind young woman who showed us to our table and was about to explain everything, but I told her it wasn't our first time here. Finally, I should add that the restaurant is also easily accessible from the Sanctuary of Pompeii: it's about a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient for those in the area.

The place is quite large and nice. The tables are not very close together. As for the food, I would have to say: The photos on the menu are completely different from reality. The octopus was inedible because it was so hard and old, the steamed bread had no flavor, the rice seemed like mush, the ravioli and meat were good, the roast was not very spicy. The waiters are available in case of problems with orders.

I give 3 stars because all in all I've always had a good experience, for this reason I decided to take two of my friends to eat sushi last week but that evening I have to say that the salmon was disgusting, luckily we didn't feel sick, it all seemed made of plastic

When I want to try something different without being too fanatical about food (I don't consider myself an expert on Chinese-Japanese cuisine), I happily choose One Sushi in Pompeii, usually in the evening. The atmosphere is spacious and clean, and the service is fast and punctual, considering the large number of dishes ordered at once and the fact that it's always very busy, especially in the evenings. The fried foods are excellent, the sushi is well prepared and served, the sashimi is also good, and the noodles and ravioli are well prepared, with a wide selection. Considering it's an all-you-can-eat option, it's excellent value for money.

This Japanese restaurant is a marvel! Every dish is fresh, carefully crafted, and beautifully balanced. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service friendly, and the overall experience truly memorable. A place you'll always want to return to.
