We went for dinner yesterday, booking almost by chance since we weren't familiar with Anzio. The restaurant is intimate and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and highly trained, guiding you through the entire dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the amuse bouche offered by the chef upon arrival. Now, let's move on to the food. The food, made with truly excellent, local, and seasonal ingredients, combines traditional flavors with innovation and a search for more sophisticated tastes. We sampled various appetizers, first courses, a second course, and dessert. A well-balanced contrast of flavors—sour, sweet, and spicy—but all at the same time delicate. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.
