It's definitely one of the best in the Old Wild West chain. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and they pay great attention, especially to the little ones!

I've been frequenting this place (and this chain) for several years now, and overall I've always had a great experience. 😁 I've especially enjoyed this one in Biella: the burgers never disappoint, the service is always fast, and the value is fair. I'm giving it 4 stars, however, because I've occasionally received a lukewarm or even cold hamburger bun. ☹️ Despite this, I'll keep coming back!

My partner and I are vegetarians and we decided to come here anyway, we tried a wrap and an Alabama Veggie, both delicious, congratulations, recommended place also for vegetarians and vegans

Rossocuoco Steak House

04/09/2025: Yes it’s an American steak house but the Italian food from the risotto, pasta and desserts were authentically wonderfully Italian! The staff is very nice, accommodating, hard working and bilingual. We stayed in the adjoining hotel for a week of all day meetings.. the best part of the meetings was lunch and dinner. Eventhough we ate there all week it was never boring.. the menu they created was wonderful but I’ll warn you .. you will not leave HUNGRY! Every dish was fresh and amazing. A couple colleagues were vegan and vegetarian; they were not disappointed! If you’re travelling through Santhia it is worth stopping in for lunch / dinner or a drink at the bar for a game of pool!
01/09/2025: Beautiful steak house restaurant... from the photos I saw online, it also showed a starter menu, but it wasn't brought to us... anyway, the food was good, the portions were just right in my opinion, but a little more could have been done given the price of the dishes. But the meat was tender and of excellent quality.
