Welcoming and smiling staff (which often doesn't happen elsewhere), quick both in taking the order at the table and in bringing the ordered dishes to the table. "Right" times between one course and another, and unfailing courtesy in greeting you on the way out.

I wanted to give my most sincere compliments to the Old Wild West restaurant in Biella! The quality of the food is excellent, always tasty and well presented, but the real strong point is the staff. Very kind guys, smiling and always available, able to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. You can see that they put passion into their work, and it is a quality that really makes the difference. It's always a pleasure to come back here! Thanks for the wonderful experience, keep it up

In pausa pranzo mi fermo spesso all’Old Wild West di Biella e devo dire che il personale è molto efficiente, anche quando c’è molta gente non si attende per il tavolo e nemmeno per l’ordinazione. Bravi complimenti a tutto il personale non capita spesso di avere un servizio così efficiente

Locale molto carino!i panini veramente buoni e l'attesa è proprio breve ! Personale molto gentile:ci siamo trovati una volta con amici a orario di chiusura e ci hanno comunque servito con una cena d'asporto! Diamo un punto in più a Denise che è molto simpatica ,porta un sorriso a tavola !

A heavenly environment in the quiet of a golf club, a restaurant with refined cuisine and a bar in a lounge with a large stove will win you over. Rating 9
