Today I had lunch with my daughter at the old wild west. My favorite place when I have lunch at the bears...as always everything was delicious and the staff were courteous and professional.
Unfortunately, I have witnessed with my own eyes but above all with my ears the rudeness of people towards these boys and girls who work so hard. “No I don't sit here, no I want that table over there” in arrogant and overbearing tones. the boy was even told "go and work as a tire dealer" just because he didn't bring the whole order at once... people are very rude and arrogant and they are the same ones who publish unpleasant reviews just to give vent to their frustration. Great staff and terrible customers for me

Unforgettable experience, the service so terrible, it became hilarious. We went to the Biella Orsi location, complete with a reservation, and were welcomed with the same enthusiasm with which one goes to a funeral. After being accompanied to the table and throwing the menus on the table, our "escort" left us without even a word.
We will be back for sure!

The times I go to Biella, I have lunch at the Old Wild West, it is accessible for people in wheelchairs, they are always very kind and have many dishes for vegetarians too.

As always a guarantee!!!! Arrived, found a seat immediately, everyone was kind, smiling and accommodating! Excellent food, freshly cooked…. What can I say???? Definitely a must for anyone who likes to give themselves a break from their diet!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩

In pausa pranzo mi fermo spesso all’Old Wild West di Biella e devo dire che il personale è molto efficiente, anche quando c’è molta gente non si attende per il tavolo e nemmeno per l’ordinazione.
Bravi complimenti a tutto il personale non capita spesso di avere un servizio così efficiente
