Excellent meat, very popular place.

Place located in the catering court of the beautiful Gli Orsi shopping centre. It has a beautiful internal room entirely in western style with extensive use of wood as furnishings and many references to the era of cowboys, stagecoaches and prisons of the time. You can also sit in the outdoor space with a glass view of the square in front, a very bright and open environment. The menu ranges from meat which is the superstar, to Tex-Mex with spicy and succulent dishes, from salads, rich and fresh (the amount of green leaf present needs to be improved, below the average of what is usually found in this chain), to fried, wrapped, in short, it's difficult not to find a dish that suits your taste and desire. The service is fast, friendly and courteous and despite the many people present, they were always present, smiling and attentive. A confirmation of the OWW style here in Biella too.

In pausa pranzo mi fermo spesso all’Old Wild West di Biella e devo dire che il personale è molto efficiente, anche quando c’è molta gente non si attende per il tavolo e nemmeno per l’ordinazione. Bravi complimenti a tutto il personale non capita spesso di avere un servizio così efficiente

Very long waits, food cooked well, chips too dry, average prices

Poor food compared to last year. Small quantities. Higher costs than last year. Sin. Last year I ate a good cut at a fair price. This year the two tacos left me hungry.

Returned after years and eager to try their meat. We went on a Saturday at midday and therefore had to wait at the entrance for about a quarter of an hour before taking a seat; the environment is rather chaotic but fun, but not all the waitresses are as friendly and affable as those who welcomed us! all in all the meat is good, the dishes are many and with many meat/vegetable compositions. You can also only find salads and something fishy, ​​if I'm not mistaken, always grilled. The chips paired with the dishes are fantastic and the salsa is good too. Perhaps the fact that I believe everything is cooked on the same griddle takes away a little from the flavor of the side dishes, which are all the same. The prices are normal, of course you can't spend too little on meat. All in all I would go back to try something else.

Locale molto carino!i panini veramente buoni e l'attesa è proprio breve ! Personale molto gentile:ci siamo trovati una volta con amici a orario di chiusura e ci hanno comunque servito con una cena d'asporto! Diamo un punto in più a Denise che è molto simpatica ,porta un sorriso a tavola !
