Pleasant and child-friendly environment. Excellent hamburgers and many tasty treats to... take with a pinch of salt (always fried, they are). The meat is also of good quality Friendly and helpful staff. 5/31/2025 Renovated premises. The Pub has moved a few meters further. The only flaw, at the moment, is that the tables at the entrance (the ones visible from the external glass) lack... air conditioning. The rest of the premises is (instead) air conditioned. From what I could understand (talking to one of the waiters) it is a temporary problem. I do not recommend sitting at those tables. The sauna effect is guaranteed (in addition to the feeling of lack of oxygen!). It was a real nightmare. I'm sorry, because I love this Pub very much. I hope these guys solve this big problem as soon as possible. Good luck.

Not inclined to put the customer at ease! They put you at unsuitable tables, surrounded by customers and people passing by, while they have half the room free. I pointed out twice that the seat assigned to me was not to my liking and that there were other free tables in the other wing of the restaurant. I was ignored and shortly afterwards they opened the room I indicated and gave the table to other customers (another couple). They only think about how not to make a mess without worrying about the fact that they "pile" customers like sardines. (it's not the first time this has happened, I am/was a regular customer) If you are looking for peace and quiet go to the one in Aversa, better food and a clean and calm environment.

In terms of food, this Oww is in line with other fast food chains. The setting and the thing that makes you lean towards them, in fact everything is furnished as if it were a far west saloon, with fake wood tables, barrels, etc. Other times for full immersion there was also country music in the background, this time instead recent pop music was playing, too bad. One thing we didn't like were the waiters, in fact it's not uncommon to often find them laughing together, it may seem like they're targeting customers a bit with their childish jokes, maybe that's not the case, but a little more professionalism on their part wouldn't go amiss

Old Wild West is a welcoming place where you can enjoy excellent sandwiches and much more. The staff, young and helpful, contributes to creating a pleasant and informal atmosphere. It is a place suitable for both families and groups of friends. On weekends, especially at lunch, it is always very busy, so I recommend arriving early to avoid long waits. An excellent choice for those looking for a tasty experience in a relaxed environment!
