The waitress was very nice and welcoming. Great for families and friends. The food is of excellent quality, the prices are slightly above average but not too much.

First time here in Guidonia.
As for the place, the environment and the food, I absolutely give it a 5 star rating.
But for service I give a 3 stars because I waited more than 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order when there weren't many tables to serve in the restaurant.
Then I was even more disappointed when I asked to have Alaska ice cream in a small portion, and the girl replied with a firm no.
I point out that it's not the first time I've had that ice cream and I've always been cringed at in any other old wild west.
It's also a shame that we weren't asked if the table the girl assigned us was fine for us.

You are comfortable and calm. I like coming because I am served with a smile, I taste excellent dishes, both the blonde and red beer are delicious, the staff is always very helpful and attentive. Something that rarely happens: it gives me a sense of freedom.

We were passing through Guidonia and for the first time we stopped to eat in this Old, it was a peak time and we hadn't booked, but even though the place was full, the staff was very kind, especially Enrico, who made us sit at a comfortable and spacious table for our little girl, as we have a stroller, usually in other places they put us near the bathrooms... here we found great availability. As for the excellent food, the dishes executed to perfection in their Old Wild West style, we will definitely be back!!
