We had to wait a very long time to order food, we had to wait a long time to get the food and when we did get the food it was quite cold. We ordered dessert which we never got, we tried to ask for the bill but gave up and went to the cashier. There were several people around us who were also unhappy that we didn't get the attention of the waiters. The steak and burger were good, although it was a bit cold.

We were passing through with our Vespas headed to Sicily, when suddenly hungry at 3 pm, we entered the place and despite the time, Mr. Valerio and all the staff did their best to satisfy us
without batting an eyelid.
Congratulations for the service!!!
The beer was also good.

Great meat, excellent beer and very cozy place. I went there with a group of friends last May 1st, we ate well, spending the right amount and without having to wait in exhausting queues. Must try!!!!

Fluctuating quality both in cooking and in cuts of meat. Sometimes it's delicious, other times really poor and badly cooked, burnt.
The service is slow and they often forget the courses: even when the place is not very full.
The atmosphere is that of any old Wild West of the franchise chain.

Bellissimo lo stile del locale, personale gentile e prodotti molto buoni...a parte gli hamburger troppo sottili e i panini un po' piccolini ci è piaciuto tutto. Salsa OWW ottima, antipasto di fritti misti buonissimo, ribs sfilacciate nel mio panino tenerissime e gustose...Porzioni di patatine veramente abbondanti. Prezzi un po' più alti della media
