6 days after I visited Oishi in Pescara, I was disappointed by this experience, thinking I would find the same thing and instead... I won't spend much time commenting on every single thing, but just one piece of advice:
When you write truffle you don't have to use the scorzone you lose the one in the jars and even worse help it with truffle aromas, which may be pleasant for the table next to yours but for you they inhibit all the flavors and aromas of what you are eating... I prices are not justified by the products and service. Mine is advice.

Una bella esperienza, qualità delle materie prime al top. Il locale è molto curato l'unica nota dolente è che la ragazza che serviva al tavolo non sapeva aprire la bottiglia di vino, mi sono sentito a disagio per lei. E poi sarebbe gradito un appendi abiti per i cappotti

Questa volta sono rimasta leggermente delusa, sono una cliente da diversi anni, locale rinnovato e carino, ma cibo non lavorato benissimo, tutti i roll quando venivano presi si rompevano, sinceramente per il costo non possono permetterselo, visto che è il piatto principale. Altra cosa un pó deludente, è stata la mancanza di entrèe, dato il prezzo di 4€ di copertura, era carino mantenere questo piatto. Per il resto cibo buono, ma avendo avuto esperienze nello stesso locale migliori, siamo rimasti un pochettino delusi.

Super trained, welcoming and helpful staff. Impeccable food: from ramen, to cevice and finally rolls and nigiri. Truly exceptional and the final bill fair especially considering the quality of the raw materials. I can't wait to go back!

I have been a customer for years now; spectacular sushi, the best I've ever tried. Very high quality fish and super refined dishes. The waiters are super helpful and friendly. Recommended for those who want to have a romantic dinner or a different experience than usual! I will choose it forever.

First time in this little place. Well furnished and welcoming. Friendly service, but a little slow. Considering there were few occupied tables. The wine cellar is rich. We tasted a series of rolls recommended by the chef and some tartares. Some a little bland, but still good. The tempura cooked not very well. For dessert. A series of tastings, also good, but not exceptional. Price a little high for what was offered to us. Overall good, but I wouldn't go back.

They recently renovated the place and I must say that I don't mind, in fact, it doesn't feel like being in Teramo😊
It has always been a good experience and I confirm that it is possible to spend a wonderful evening enjoying good Japanese food, with refined and revisited dishes.

Oishi in Teramo is an experience to treat yourself and to give as gifts. All dishes are prepared with attention to detail and combinations. The dining room staff is welcoming, courteous and discreet. There is nothing else to add except that I am very curious to go back to discover the recent changes.
