T.O.P. Experience (Tenat Obligatoriament Pruvà!). I've already dined here in the past, but the bar (which was already very high before) has risen SIGNIFICANTLY. Very well renovated place. The environment is more welcoming, reserved, warm, it envelops you like the hug of a mother to her newborn. Well assorted but not at all distracting menu, with various very intriguing choices. Also nice is the opportunity with some voices without ingredients to be able to imagine what you are reading, I think it leaves you free to try to get into the heads of the giants in the kitchen. I absolutely recommend trying a Sicilian in Japan, it costs a little but trust me it's worth all that money (thanks to the staff for accommodating my request for this dish with the kitchen practically closed, which is not at all a given!), and the roll with green apple sauce, especially the latter left me speechless and with tears in my eyes (and I'm not joking, I mean it). In general I recommend the whole menu because it is truly of a high standard, but the ones mentioned above deserve a special note. A special thank you to the kitchen staff who, as mentioned before, were super available to indulge my final whim, and especially to the girls in the dining room, always attentive to every little detail and need, always available, with a smile (please don't miss it because it's WONDERFUL), but above all super prepared! I went to dinner last night with my girlfriend, very high quality food, excellent service, welcoming environment and not at all noisy. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try high quality sushi and relax.

Sushi sublime, menu ricercato e ricchissimo. Materie prime pazzesche e ambiente da poco rinnovato e davvero figo. Bellissima serata non vedo l’ora di tornare.

Evening for two. We had an à la carte dinner, taking advice from the attentive and knowledgeable dining room staff. However, for those wishing to rely on the chef, the menu includes three different tasting itineraries. Make a note of these two dishes that you must try: Gyoza (3 filling options) and TOSTO, a typical Japanese "sandwich"... an emotion for the palate. For the rest, all you have to do is book (with reasonable advance) your experience at Oishi.

Truly a nice experience. The taste buds celebrated with every course. Proud to have a restaurant like this in my city.

6 days after I visited Oishi in Pescara, I was disappointed by this experience, thinking I would find the same thing and instead... I won't spend much time commenting on every single thing, but just one piece of advice: When you write truffle you don't have to use the scorzone you lose the one in the jars and even worse help it with truffle aromas, which may be pleasant for the table next to yours but for you they inhibit all the flavors and aromas of what you are eating... I prices are not justified by the products and service. Mine is advice.
