Oishi in Teramo is an experience to treat yourself and others to. All the dishes are prepared with attention to detail and combinations. The dining room staff is welcoming, courteous, and discreet. There's nothing more to add except that I'm very curious to return to discover the recent changes. Edit: I'm forced to revise my previous review after the disappointing experience on Valentine's Day. Despite a reservation for the second sitting (9:45 PM), at 11:00 PM we still couldn't be seated, forcing us to leave without dinner. The problem wasn't the double sitting itself, a common practice these days, but the paradoxical management, which placed the takeout order in front of the customer in the dining room, as confirmed by the waitress herself to justify the endless wait, to the detriment of those who had chosen to reserve a table for the occasion. Reading the management's responses to other reviews, the message seems to be: "If you want punctual service, don't book on weekends or holidays." A real shame, I sincerely hope that the atmosphere of the past can be recovered, which made Oishi one of the best places in Teramo, beyond the excellent sushi.

Excellent à la carte sushi in an intimate and elegant setting! We enjoyed both the delicate and flavorful rolls and the very tasty tartare with ponzu sauce. The takoyaki was recommended to us as a starter, and we were pleasantly surprised! Special thanks to Barbara, who served us: always present, but with kindness, and very professional! Highly recommended!

Cozy place and excellent food, everything very fresh

"Slightly overpriced, but a top experience" High-end gourmet sushi, slightly overpriced Monday dinner at 8:30 PM with a friend: we chose the €50 "Omakase Ichi" menu (four courses selected by the kitchen). The dishes were meticulously crafted, with excellent ingredients and pairings that made gourmet sushi a reality, even for first-timers like me. Beatrice was excellent in the dining room: kind, attentive, and very clear in explaining the dishes and ingredients. The place was small, well-decorated, and welcoming. We ended up spending €67 each, including a glass of wine and a bottle of water for two: for me, that's a significant sum and a bit above what I'd expect, even for gourmet sushi. That said, the overall experience was excellent, and the place still deserves five stars, especially for an occasional dinner.

Excellent à la carte sushi: incredibly fresh raw fish, impeccable cuts, and authentic flavors. Excellent quality and attentive service, highly recommended for sushi lovers.
