Every time I enter, I'm struck by the freshness: the brioches are fragrant, well-leavened, just the right amount of richness without being cloying; the assorted pastries showcase flavor and variety, with perfectly measured creams. The cakes are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat; the decoration is meticulous, and the ingredients seem carefully selected. Then there are those little highlights that evoke a memory: typical local products, more "classic" desserts that remain faithful to Genoese culinary traditions, yet expertly reworked.
