We stopped by chance, craving a cuzzetiello, and were pleasantly surprised. Dario was very good at recommending what to choose to appreciate the true soul of this Neapolitan dish. There were six of us, and we all had something different. I thought the one with Genoese ragù was the best, but the others were excellent, too. You could tell the ragùs/sauces were fresh and flavorful. Perhaps a little less crumb would have made the bottom of the sandwich easier to eat, but it was a shame it was a bit empty. The bread, however, was crispy and very good. The price was fair, and there are tables outside; you can't eat inside, but we're near the Cathedral of San Gennaro, so it's also in a very lively area with plenty of benches and seating. If I ever return to Naples, I'd eat here again in a heartbeat.

An incredible gem in the middle of Naples's most famous street. The owner is a very humble and helpful guy, but the highlight is his product. "O Cuzzetiello" is a piece of typical Neapolitan "cafone" bread, crumbled and filled to the brim with ragù and meat. A delight! The price is incredible too!

I had the cuzzetiello at Aunt Pina's (meatball with ragù and parmigiana). It was delicious, the bread was crunchy, and the meatballs were very tasty.

The best O'Cuzzetiello in Naples and its province. Meatballs and fresh, high-quality peppers. The manager, Dario, is friendly and helpful. The mopping up of the bread with the sauce is amazing.

Volendo provare questo famoso cuzzietiello ci siamo fermati in questo locale. Personale molto gentile e simpatico e veloci nel servizio. Il gusto era buono , la pecca era il troppo pane rispetto al condimento.

12/10/2025: The food was good. There is often a queue here so expect to wait. We went at lunchtime and waited about 20 minutes for a table. The queue was much larger in the evenings so you could be waiting a while.
11/10/2025: Great food and quality. We ordered at least 7 dishes and each and every dish was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend this place especially if you are a vegetarian. Also waiting is worth it.

30/09/2025: An unforgettable experience, we were thrilled with the evening spent at this restaurant: a true gem, with a terrace overlooking the sea and a spectacular view, with the sunset providing the perfect backdrop for a dinner that captivates all the senses. Complementing everything is the sincere kindness of the owners: welcoming, smiling, and always ready to offer discreet advice, they make every guest feel truly special. The real star of our visit was the raw fish: incredibly fresh, prepared with elegance and respect, enhancing the natural flavors of the sea. Each bite was a journey of aromas and textures: the delicate and refined tuna tartare, the carpaccio that melted in the mouth. There were also cooked dishes, also crafted with balance and passion, with intense and well-balanced flavors, but it is in the raw fish that the restaurant truly excels. We will truly return with pleasure and can only recommend it.
