A beautifully managed archaeological site. The main nuraghe is majestic, and the surrounding village offers a good understanding of the organization of the era. The ticket price is reasonable, and the view is splendid.

Truly amazing village preserved since the Bronze Age. The extra couple Euro for the audio tour was worth it

It's not the easiest place to reach by public transport, and even getting back to Alghero was a challenge... But it's a magnificent place, with something magical about it.
For bus schedules from Alghero, always check the info point!
The ladies at the bar are incredibly kind and helpful, providing useful information and even offering a pass to visit Anghelu Ruju, which unfortunately isn't accessible by public transport, especially outside the summer season.
The site isn't very large: you can book a guided tour, or you can wander around freely.
The toast was excellent!

An incredibly interesting discovery, visiting one of the largest villages in the region, consisting of a nuraghe complex—the so-called palace—surrounded by about fifty circular huts. The main tower, whose domed ceiling is still intact, dates back to 1100 BC.
It's very instructive to see and experience the different phases of tribal organization and life in the community that lived there.
For me, the highlight is the "Capanna delle Riunioni," the meeting hut, where political debates and magical-religious cult gatherings took place.

A great place to visit, where we can get a vivid idea of the life of our ancient ancestors. The area is beautifully landscaped, equipped with informative information boards, a shop, a restaurant and a large parking lot.

Very nice site, but the ticket price is little high for the site size. 7€ is a lot for a 10 minute exploration + 5 minute read.

Very spectacular nuraghi. I recommend it to everyone. It's free with the Alghero card, and we were able to enter before opening hours

It is worth learning a brief history of the 15th-century nuraghes in this area, and Sardinia is famous for such towers built without mortar, interesting!
