Simply the best pizzas and pucce you can find in Diso and in the whole of Italy. The dough is so light, fresh and crispy. The taste is unbelievable. The owners are very nice people too. We wanted to come every day! Make sure you come early though because it's very busy!

This evening I had the opportunity to taste the calzones from the Nova Dixum pizzeria and they are incomparable. Excellent!!! My daughter and I were very happy. And thanks to the friendliness of the owners.

05/08/2024: Excellent! Fresh fish dishes prepared with care. Together with the spectacle of the bay in the center of the town, the restaurant really deserves the highest score. The choice of wines was also excellent and in my case having to drive and my friend didn't drink, the white wines available by the glass were also excellent. really satisfied to do it again.

27/04/2024: Highly recommended especially for the gluten-free option, my celiac wife was able to enjoy from the starter to the first courses, the second courses and the dessert every dish from the cuisine exclusively from the Salento tradition... excellent for a celiac... friendly environment, family management, everyone is very friendly and prepared and highly recommended good.. also prepared for gluten-free.. they conveyed passion for their work, excellent guys.. we recommend it. giovanni/chantal
24/04/2024: As a celiac I am fully satisfied with everything 😀 from the staff to the food so far I have tasted some excellent panzerotti and a good pizza and the pasticciotto cake! I will definitely return to try the restaurant sector 😃 but ultimately everything is ok
