Nova Dixum Di Martella Andrea In Diso

Excellent wood-fired pizza. The owners are very friendly, and the place is clean. I'm updating this review after several years. They've probably changed something in the dough, which has made the pizza not only thinner and less crispy, but also, contrary to what I wrote before, harder to digest.
