Nonna Lea In Ancarano

After a long journey, we found relief in this well-kept and very welcoming environment. The inviting scent and the view of the wood-fired oven made us decide to try a pizza for dinner. And it was a good choice: fragrant and well-cooked pasta, light and fresh ingredients. Camilla served us with grace and care and Laura gave us attention and a little homemade cuddle. It will be a safe stop for us on our next trip to Abruzzo.

Super nice and excellent service and environment, the food is very good, it is traditional cuisine.

We had dinner on mid-August and although there were many of us, with children and dogs in tow, we were served with extreme courtesy and professionalism. Good food, typical of Abruzzo. Super roasts. Convenient parking

Why go to "Nonna Lea?"... because they have many seats and there is always a place, because the location is very beautiful and immersed in a relaxing countryside on a heavenly hill and is very well looked after and full of warm lights. Because the staff is welcoming and understanding. Because they didn't make me pay for a wrong order, through my fault or the waitress' fault, this doesn't count, they didn't bat an eyelid and replaced the dish and didn't have it counted at the end and this, in these times, is absolutely not a given. Because the food is good. Because the bill is proportionate to the order in terms of quantity and quality. Because the owner has great sweetness and courtesy. Well done!

Very nice and welcoming restaurant, we ate fried cheese, Ascoli olives and "Arrosticini" like nowhere else in Abruzzo. The owner is a very kind and empathetic person. Making a distinction with other restaurants it is the best in terms of quality and price. Highly recommended .
