When you sell a naturally fermented beer to a customer, you must inform them that it is naturally fermented and therefore the beer is pure vinegar, however particular it is. Especially for those who know nothing about beer.

Very nice beer selection. Probably the best in town for beer selection. Food is limited, which is a shame, but it's the beer and snacks format. Small place, few tables in front of the bar.

Very nice, choice of beers are on the big screen, owner knows a lot about beers, staff very friendly. This case is a little on the more expensive side, but you do get better quality products - so it's worth the money

Nice beer bar with a good selection and friendly staff. Strolled in while touristing through town by myself. Manager was knowledgable and took his time to tell me about their selection and ended up recommending some very tasty IPAs.

15/03/2025: I have been going there for a few years, not often: fresh raw materials, little processing so there is no "confusion" of ingredients and flavours, the less you work the fish the better. 2 spider crabs accompanied by other appetizers, 1 scampi and asparagus risotto, 1 grilled scampi, a quarter of house wine, 1 water, 1 excellent focaccia accompanied by Chantilly cream, the ladies of the service were very kind and helpful. If you are looking for elaborate foods this is not the address, but if you are looking for good, fresh and non-artificial raw materials then take note. €95
