new bistro In Fiuggi

Dinner with two pizzas, I must say super fast, the pizzas delicious, very good staff, fair price, if I return to Fiuggi for sure. Must stop for Magiare

Found it by chance, I look at the menu and my eyes go to the carbonara, my guys, what can I say... already at the first forkful I realize that the choice was right... 10 and praise..! surely if I pass through Fiuggi again it will be an obligatory stop. Compliments

Excellent family run restaurant, had such a great meal. The fillet with mushrooms and fiochetti (italian dumplings) was really amazing. Caprese salad and mixed bruschetta were very fresh and simple. Great Giacobbe Cesanese wine. Even the french fries were really good!!! Ive been to a lot of restaurants in Fiuggi, this is one of the best for sure!

Welcoming place, staff who are very attentive to the customer, truly special dishes... the gricia and the polenta are highly recommended.

Excellent experience, central location, traditional and plentiful cuisine... I recommend pappardelle with venison and the exceptional polenta with gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms.... I highly recommend

I had the opportunity to try this restaurant, I must say EXCELLENT. I ate the pappardelle with venison and my wife the polenta. Fair prices and exceptional quality. I will definitely come back.

Siamo stati per la prima volta in questa trattoria, pur essendo frequentatori abbastanza assidui di Fiuggi. E’ stata una piacevole sorpresa! Ad una accoglienza calorosa si aggiunge una ottima qualità dei piatti proposti. Certamente i prezzi non sono esattamente da trattoria, bensì piu da ristorante ma, anche i piatti sono di alta qualità e quindi il risultato è di livello elevato. Noi abbiamo mangiato due primi (pappardelle al cinghiale - freschissime e molto ben fatte - e ravioli delicatissimi) poi scamorza con funghi porcini sfrigolante sulla piastra, buonissima, e fagioli cannellini con funghi porcini freschi. Per finire un dolce di castagne, molto particolare. Tutto ottimo. Abbiamo speso 70 euro comprensive di vino, acqua e servizio. Attenzione: le porzioni sono abbondanti, si corre il rischio di non riuscire a finire tutto. Sicuramente diventerà uno di ristoranti fissi che frequenteremo a Fiuggi.

Ottimo locale buon cibo , prezzo onesto molto carino per una cena a Fiuggi . Grigia e carbonara molto buone peccato per la pancetta salata
