Pleasant and clean atmosphere, attentive and courteous staff, and authentic, delicious ingredients. I ordered the house special: fresh pasta with pumpkin cream, guanciale, and pecorino cheese. The presentation was exquisite and the flavor unbeatable. The freshly sliced, homemade bread and the house white wine were an excellent accompaniment, along with, of course, the ever-present Fiuggi water. I couldn't resist the homemade dessert, a delicious ricotta and chestnut tart. Thank you, Cinzia, for your passion in creating a unique sensory experience! Long live the New Bistro! 🥰🎉😋

This place has been a pleasant and reliable fixture over the years. Whether you're in the mood for a grand dinner or a light vegetable dish, you'll always receive excellent quality and exclusive service.
This year, however, chef Cinzia outdid herself. Despite the difficulty in finding the ingredients since the season was over, when I expressed a desire to try artichokes, she committed to organizing a dinner featuring this delicacy for me within a few days. Every dish, besides being sublime, was imbued with professionalism and a love for her craft.
You can enjoy a satisfying dinner and experience that combines food and professional enthusiasm. We were privileged to have both.

What a fantastic restaurant. Finally, I've had a good pizza since I've been living in Italy. The bacon cheeseburger was amazing.
