Excellent experience from all points of view, the food is prepared with fresh products and presented with care, the staff is friendly and helpful, the quality/price ratio is more than fair, what can I say, I will definitely be back!!

Pleasant and clean atmosphere, attentive and courteous staff, and authentic, delicious ingredients. I ordered the house special: fresh pasta with pumpkin cream, guanciale, and pecorino cheese. The presentation was exquisite and the flavor unbeatable. The freshly sliced, homemade bread and the house white wine were an excellent accompaniment, along with, of course, the ever-present Fiuggi water. I couldn't resist the homemade dessert, a delicious ricotta and chestnut tart. Thank you, Cinzia, for your passion in creating a unique sensory experience! Long live the New Bistro! 🥰🎉😋

The place is clean. We had a pretty good lunch, but the staff was a bit rude and unhelpful.

Very friendly staff and truly delicious food!! Highly recommended are the walnut ravioli and the burgers with fries (the best I've ever eaten).
