As I do at any sushi restaurant, I always try the hoshomaki. I immediately recognized the quality of the seaweed, rice, and fish. I tried, over several sessions, the carpaccio, rolls, tapas, and fish sandwiches. Everything was excellent and had a perfect combination of flavors. It was an exceptional culinary experience! The fresh fish sushi was simply divine, presented with care and creativity. The waiters were very friendly and knowledgeable (especially Stefano), recommending delicious dishes that exceeded my expectations. The location is breathtaking, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend following the waiters' recommendations to discover the house specialties. I will definitely be back!
The food was top-notch, with the tapas and uramaki sections making a splash (all delicious). The atmosphere is very friendly, and the evening was fantastic. The only downside was the service, which was very slow. There were probably some issues with the kitchen's preparation. If I were to return to Policoro, I'd definitely return.
An unusual and original restaurant experience. Refined flavors that are difficult to repeat elsewhere, which can take the form of different dishes. Different bread solutions to contain surprising combinations, but always balanced to perfection. But also much more. Young and welcoming staff...
