The sandwiches are excellent, made with top-quality ingredients, and the sushi is well-made. I'll be back as soon as I can to try something else; the menu is truly varied and detailed. Without Nemo, we'd be lost! Cool place, professional, friendly, and extremely efficient staff (Stefano, a true top player)! It's been a sure thing for years! Menus for all tastes: poké, sushi, tartare, sashimi, vegan rolls. And then the sandwiches... THE SANDWICHES... eat them, they're indescribable! Great guys!!

What can I say? Everything is simply exquisite. I'd start with the staff: each one performs their role with impeccable professionalism, in an organization that goes far beyond local standards. Service is quick, punctual, and attentive to every detail. Nicola, with his in-depth knowledge of beverages, always knows how to recommend the perfect bottle to pair with the dish carefully selected with Stefano. The quality of the products is always excellent, fresh, and on par with the best sushi à la carte: temaki, hosomaki, sashimi... every offering is captivating from the first bite. And I prefer not to dwell on the fried foods, otherwise this review would risk turning into a novel. Special praise to Teo, who not only assembled a close-knit and competent team, but also created a true family capable of conveying passion, energy, and human warmth. This, more than anything else, makes the experience unique and unforgettable. And how could the amberjack carpaccio not be left out of the review?

Yes, you eat revisited sushi, far removed from the original, loaded with sauces, condiments, and fusion ingredients. It's not Asian cuisine, so to speak. It's not my sushi preference, but it's fine; many of my friends like it. They tell me we weren't lucky with the service when I went; the staff were very friendly, but the wait was long despite a reservation, and the food was slow.
