I've eaten there three out of four times. I've tried both the pasta dishes and the take-out arancini. Everything is delicious. Truly excellent food. The service is prompt and courteous. For take-out, they provide a paper bag, cutlery, and napkins. A must-try here in Caltanissetta.

To say that eating an arancina is special is an understatement. Here, you can feel the passion for what they do. It's a taste experience: you taste the various flavors perfectly blended, you taste the quality of the ingredients. And then when you bite into an arancina, you feel the crunch, you realize it's special even when you hold it in your hand (it doesn't break, it doesn't fall apart). And it's made by special people. I forgot, there are at least 13 arancini flavors, always top-notch.
