Enjoyable omelette and classic but at the same time gourmet pizza.

We stopped for lunch on the way back from a business trip to Spain...... five minute drive from Capodichino airport. The owner Fabio Chef and Pizzaiolo was impeccable. The dishes are of high quality both land and sea. Very fresh fish, we also took two central pizzas before the courses to try it and that too was exceptional, delicious tomato, superlative mozzarella, perfect cooking. The first and second courses were exceptional......as in the photo, to be eaten with your eyes first.....thanks Fabio and congratulations, we will be happy to return soon......I am writing this review because it really should be given credit goes to those who work with so much care, professionalism and attention.
