⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience! I visited this Japanese restaurant and was truly impressed by the quality of the dishes. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the portions were generous, and the presentation impeccable. The staff was incredibly kind, always available, and very attentive to detail.

A Japanese restaurant unlike any other in the city. The menu is compact but offers everything: from hot dishes (ramen, gyoza) to classic sushi and sashimi, all meticulously described on the first page. You can also order Kobe beef. Both desserts are gluten-free and lactose-free, making them perfect for those with intolerances. We didn't try the wines, but the selection is varied, including spirits. The restaurant is small, intimate, and welcoming, as is the owner and chef. The dinner was also accompanied by excellent music, in Japanese on a jazz background, at a moderate volume. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the fish and the seasonings. We will definitely return and recommend.

An authentic sushi restaurant, excellent food, spectacular soy sauce, and even the ginger is delicious. Excellent quality nori seaweed. The restaurant is nice and clean. Excellent Asahi beer. The manager is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Bravo! Hang in there!

I was looking for sushi near the hotel I was staying at and I Googled a non-all-you-can-eat sushi place because I'm a fan of quality. It didn't disappoint, the quality is excellent, and the owner is Italian with a passion for Japan and Japanese food. It's a small place, with just a few tables, and the preparation is quick and meticulous. The quality is top-notch, my favorite! EXCELLENT! I'll be back.

We went to this sushi restaurant for the first time, intrigued by the good reviews and the fact that it was not the usual "all you can eat" but with dishes that could be ordered à la carte. The very kind and friendly owner took us into a world of sushi that is clearly different from the industrial and Italianized style that we find in the usual places. Let's be clear, we often go to an a.y.c.e. restaurant in Sassari where we feel very good, but here we are talking about level, style and quality above expectations. Important and very good cuts of fish, not very salty and delicate soy sauce, very nice presentation and a very welcome description by the owner. Obviously we are in different flavors and prices from the usual places but, if one wants to indulge in the pleasure of eating really well, one must rightly take into account the high quality and the appropriate price.
