We went to this sushi restaurant for the first time, intrigued by the good reviews and the fact that it was not the usual "all you can eat" but with dishes that could be ordered à la carte. The very kind and friendly owner took us into a world of sushi that is clearly different from the industrial and Italianized style that we find in the usual places. Let's be clear, we often go to an a.y.c.e. restaurant in Sassari where we feel very good, but here we are talking about level, style and quality above expectations. Important and very good cuts of fish, not very salty and delicate soy sauce, very nice presentation and a very welcome description by the owner. Obviously we are in different flavors and prices from the usual places but, if one wants to indulge in the pleasure of eating really well, one must rightly take into account the high quality and the appropriate price. Small place in a side street of via roma, everything very good, something else compared to all the all you can eat in the area, helpful owner and good service, we will be back! Excellent sushi, salmon, sashimi and gyoza!!

Excellent experience, we arrived at 2.30pm and despite the time we were welcomed with open arms. Excellent quality food, very fresh fish and super hospitality. It was a pleasure to have met Donato and his true Japanese cuisine!
