Excellent experience! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, especially the owner, Mr. Raffaele. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and plentiful: the secret, he told us, was his mother's cooking. There are very few restaurants like this in Salento. Highly recommended!

05/01/2026: It closed there....because the owner retired, but they reopened, for take-out, in front of the current post office, or near the Cardigliano jeweler.....the pizza chef who worked at Salentina and called it Salentina. ... ....Salentina still exists...#all#
