Mughal-e-Azam In Napoli

It was my second time here. The first time I ate here, I was hete with my daughter after we we went to the opera. This time I was here with my wife. We were served by Aroosha. A super kind med student from Pakistan. We had some small talk and she told us she was studying in Naples. She preferred to speak in English which of course was very helpful to us all. I ordered the Tikka Masala and my wife Tarka Dahl. Aroosha was so kind to advice me to eat the Masala with a butter Naan. It was perfect. As our order was taken, 4 young men from Pakistan entered and sat next to us. I had small talk with them as well. It seemed to me that if they come here to eat, it should be good. The boys (young men) very polite btw, seemed to enjoy their orders. All in all a great experience, good food and wonderful host Aroosha!

We ate some really delicious chicken cooked in pots! We did various tastings and were truly delighted!. The garlic and cheese bread was terrific. They are spicy dishes and I recommend drinking the yogurt which is spectacular!. The rice was a little dry, but not bad!. We will definitely return.

Good place for Asian type food.

The food is outstanding and I would strongly recommend to have their food…. We have not been to the restaurant but have ordered food in our hotel but the food was outstanding..👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 🇮🇳 🇮🇳 🇮🇳

Veg samosa and chicken samosa starters were hot and good. Butter chicken I felt had a little too much tomato but this may be a regional difference. Lamb sheesh kebabs were good. Pilau rice OK; garlic cheese chilli naan was OK. Banana lassi was small but nice. Strawberry milkshake tasted like Nesquick. Service was very good. We ate outside where it was slightly draughty.

Good Indian cuisine, with strong and spicy flavours. You need to test and experiment, to then appreciate the dishes.

The owner of the restaurant was very nice as he greeted and welcomed us to the restaurant. We came here for lunch and ordered vegetable samosas, grilled chicken salad, garlic naan, tandoori rotis, sarson ka saag, chicken jalfrezi and masala chai - everything was delicious and freshly made. The restaurant was very clean, and this was the best food we had in Naples. We ended up returning to this restaurant later on in the evening to have some mango milkshakes after having explored the nearby area and the port in the hot weather. Thank you for the excellent food, atmosphere and service, highly recommended!
