MU Fish In Nova milanese

We had the pleasure of trying the tasting menu at Mu Fish in Nova Milanese and the experience was simply impeccable. Each course was a surprise of flavors, prepared with great care and presented with elegance. The portions are the perfect size: enough to fully savor each dish without feeling heavy, but at the same time you leave the table pleasantly full. Menu Snapper Carpaccio Focaccia with Octopus, Squid and Prawns (Spectacular) Open Ravioli Sicilian Scampi on the Grill (Delicious) Yukhoe of Scottona and Marrow (Delicious) The service was attentive and courteous, with the staff always available to provide explanations about the dishes. The atmosphere of the place is refined but welcoming, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for those looking for a high-level dinner, with refined dishes and impeccable service.

Interesting place with a cuisine that is a mix between Chinese and Western Japan. The service is friendly and perfect, the dishes interesting as taste combinations. Every time I go to Mu Fish it is an experience, and this time too it did not disappoint. We chose the tasting menu, a journey through surprising flavors and perfect combinations, with the highest quality raw materials. Each course is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the plating to the balance of flavours. The service is impeccable, attentive but never intrusive, and the elegant but relaxed atmosphere makes everything even more pleasant. A place to always return with pleasure!

Rating 8++! Very good monthly tasting menu, correct portions and refined plating, I also paired the three sakes offered, good and well explained. Nice environment (I give 4 stars because each table has a spotlight pointed at it from above and it makes you feel observed, if you look around you actually don't see much of the other tables so it's all a mental perception) and friendly staff, they also offered us a small taste of a sweet sake with the desserts! We will definitely be back!!

Fresh experience last night for a family dinner. After a small delay in preparing the table we sit down and look around, the restaurant has a refined appearance, with soft lights and an intimate atmosphere. The service is present, with Italian staff who explain the dishes and advise in which order to do the tastings in order to taste them in the best way. Large but not distracting menu, excellently cooked dishes and good quality fish. A mention to the cocktails which I highly recommend for the skill of the bartender!

We had dinner here as a couple to celebrate my birthday. We ordered two tasting menus and a bottle of wine, as well as two desserts and coffee. The dishes are exquisite, cooked to perfection; I particularly highlight the "Mushroom Dimsum" (with cocoa paste emulsion, a delight!) and the fried squid, one of the best I've ever tasted. The most noteworthy dessert is the "Sacher on canvas". Sophisticated atmosphere, very spacious, excellent acoustics, well furnished room and soft lighting. Sore point: the service, which does not live up to the expectations. Rude receptionist (small qui pro quo on the booking handled insolently, he embarrassed my partner who wanted to surprise me, we are not at the Dorsia in New York in American Psycho!). Unprofessional and hasty waiters, more suited to an all-you-can-eat chain than to a medium-high level restaurant, considering that the bill is around 150.00 euros for two people. The place setting is minimalist (there is no tablecloth).

Buono il menù degustazione di gennaio anche se ho trovato i due piatti di carne un po’ pesanti. Servizio perfetto , in due con due bicchieri di vino bianco e due caffè …….108,00 euro. Interessante anche il menù alla carta e menu lunch
