Morena Pinsa, Pizza e Focaccia In Pietra ligure

06/05/2025: Quick and kind. Really good pizza. The gourmet versions are very appetizing. They didn't take my reservation telling me that I would wait a maximum of 10 minutes, in fact I waited less.

01/05/2025: It is not possible to book a table (according to them on the phone), I was told to show up there, queue and wait. Even if we had a reservation with The Fork, we still would have had to wait in line… Ordered two Ligurian focaccias, to be precise a "five lands" and a "seborga", nothing to say about the second. As regards the first, tuna was marked on the menu as a potentially frozen product. From the beginning, you cannot see tuna frozen but served raw, in fact the flavor "reflected" the classic smell and taste of fish that was a few days old which makes it unpleasant, and that's how it was. On top of that, the consistency wasn't the best. I had to leave half of the focaccia because I couldn't eat it anymore. So I asked the waiter for a carton to take away (without tuna obviously) and it was kindly provided to me. The "surprise" was at the checkout when I saw "pizza box €0.50" on the receipt. I'm not complaining about the €0.50 but about the correctness of the waiter who, in my opinion, should have informed me of the cost of the box, but oh well.
